I’ve been amazed at the number of RV storage lots that have sprung up around me since COVID. These looks to be 10-20 acre lots, full of RVs of all size. Just sitting.
Not exactly cheap for fixed income retirees to fill dem diesels and see them United e States.
It seems like most anyone that wanted a camper bought one during covid.
Crazy the inventory some of these camping places have. Do they turn them over that quickly?
Seems like a better business model would be have one of each size to tour and the buyer can wait for delivery of what they buy.
I have watch some YouTube shorts and some are really nice looking but the sticker prices to me are insane. Stick the money in an index fund and just use the proceeds for hotels.

And most RV's are turned over in 3-5 years,... so here we are.
The camping world in Davenport has to have 500 campers on their lot. I can’t imagine the inventory dollars they carry.
everytime we drive past the lot on 192, we remark about the number of vehicles on their sales lot. It's like no one ever buys, they just keep making more of them.
