Overall, 44 percent of voters said Mr. Trumpās policies had hurt them personally, up from 36 percent last fall.

That will keep falling. Independents have not fallen for the BS that the Iran war was necessary so as long as prices stay high he has nothing to turn to.
I expect him to try the DOGE check thing in late summer/early fall to buy votes. I donāt see how he gets fundamentals into a good place by then, so he needs to find another way.

I feel like on Tuesday Trump may have killed the Republicans chances for midterms. Getting his people on the ballot may be an ego boost, but generally speaking pushing incumbents out of office is a bad idea. And that idea gets even worse when those new people attach themselves at the hip to a near historically unpopular president.

You poor, dumb creature. This isn't a good thing for you guys. Trump is absolutely hated. And, yet, you have no alternative to him - his endorsed candidates are still winning your party's primaries. So the Republican Party is completely effed. Barring some huge development, the Republicans are drawing dead in the midterms, and beyond.
Trump told you, to your face, that you had to be stupid to like him. I think even he underestimates just how stupid his supporters are. He can make you do, say or believe ANYTHING he wants.
