Yep. I spend a lot of time here.

Been here for two years but boy oh boy, you liking a comment for me “living on this board” has to be one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. Dude who has apparently been here for years, lives on here just like me (apparently) but can’t get along with a damn soul on here. Who on here would vouche for you? @Cardsstink @ColdStoutBeer @DubyaCDubya. I forgot all the others.

Always seething. Mr. Nitro.

This pickup screams desperation. Just throwing anything he can to the wall in hopes it sticks. Weve got to hurry up and get the right AD and the right head coach to get this moving.
I forgot all Nitro’s nicknames. Can you remind me of them all, please? The people forgot.

He should have tried to go to UNCheat or Duke; that would have guaranteed the extra year. Based on history, I don't see the NCAA approving him to go to Kentucky.

I don't ignore you. You provide loads of entertainment as you spend nearly 24 hours a day here and this board seems to be your life.
Dude is literally stalking me, but not really since I have him on ignore after catching him posting under his blacksheep alias. He said he had another one when he, for some reason, started a thread saying he was going to use his other one (probably has 50) here and the idiot one on the pay site. Fine, ok. The thing that bugged me was that he defended me under the Idiot alias and "liked" posts attacking me under the blacksheep alias. I loathe two-faced people. Love Ignore. It was made for stalker nut cases, radical lunatics, etc.

My conscience is clean as a whistle as I never, ever use more than one alias once signed up and active.

Can’t ask for much more when it comes to a bench piece. Great size and tons of experience. Assuming he can stay healthy and obtain his waiver, I like this pick up a lot.

Not confident at all that Pope is the right guy moving forward, but I think this team is actually a little underrated. Still not where it needs to be and not up to the elite standard, but solid.
Need to get mom and get Ryan hampton oh yeah Moreno come back too

honestly as a backup 5 that will come in and bang around in the post, I don’t mind it at all, we needed physicality desperately and this might just be the key to that at the 5 spot. He’s clearly not coming to be the starter, but he’s as experienced as you’ll find and should be serviceable in the backup role!

During the tournament I posted here that the most obvious difference between the better teams and Kentucky was big, athletic frontcourt depth, guys who could rebound and rim protect and set solid screens and make it tough to score in the lane and score off a lob.

This is exactly the kind of guy I was talking about. An excellent addition.

It’s a solid add in a vacuum. But, again like last year, Pope isn’t recruiting guys who fit his system. And, it’s another guy who has been chronically injured.

I get it that he’s only gonna play 10-15 mpg. And, we do need a rim protector/enforcer. But, for Pope’s offense to really work he needs lots of shooting, even from the 5. I guess Potter can be the stretch big, lol.

But, there isn’t much shooting anywhere else, either. That’s my real worry. I admittedly overvalue shooting. But, it’s non-negotiable in zoom action. You can’t trot out a bunch of average shooters & ball dominant players & expect it to work.

We seriously need to land MM or a reasonable facsimile with these last two spots to have a chance at a good season, IMO. Really need to fill both spots with knockdown shooters now.

We have a cpl guys who could POSSIBLY fill the void. But, in a make or break season, that’s a huge gamble. I’ll feel a whole lot better if he can finish out the roster with a cpl of PROVEN shooters. Just don’t have enough, IMO, as is.

LOL @ the grown *** man comments. He will be 25 YO when the season starts. OFC he is a grown *** man, and we used to make fun of other teams for playing people that old.

He's probably better than some international unknown, so at least there's that.

Most likely outcome is he gets injured early, doesn't play much, and Pope and his slurpers have their ready made excuse for a Year 4. He'll spend a year on campus getting paid to bone a few 18 year olds and go on his merry way.
