It's said that on Oklahoma State's roster there's a returning player getting $2m and Liv McGill, the other transfer, is getting $1.3m.

Don't those payments have to get approved by some commission because there's no way Oklahoma state is giving that much of their revenue share to women's basketball so would have to come on the nil side. And I help payments supposedly have to go through some commission for approval and that seems like a lot for women's basketball players.

It does not take much to justify the NIL. A few sponsorship deals and it's perfectly with in the rules.

That was my understanding as well, that NIL payments had to be hashed out to some commission (that the recipient was actually doing something), so they weren't just giving them a bag-o-cash...

That was my understanding as well, that NIL payments had to be hashed out to some commission (that the recipient was actually doing something), so they weren't just giving them a bag-o-cash...
