Do not hate this. Better than filling out the back end of the roster with a Walker Horn/Grant Darbyshire/Tod Lanter/Steve Masiello type. Kid looks quick and will give the guards a good lefty look to defend in practice. Would guess a second Hawthorne to redshirt. Never know, might even grow a little like Braydon did.

We haven't even signed 3-5 yet but we have 12-15 what's wrong with this picture...
I know people will be upset by this because of his low ranking but we're allowed 15 scholarship players, you might as well add a guy like this who is the brother of another player on the team. He's a bench piece, a practice body. Maybe he develops into something, maybe he transfers in a year or two where he can actually play and you bring in another guy of his caliber to round out the bench.
I thought they ended walkons, everyone is scholarship and there are 15 slots.
The 15th man is probably seldom going to be anyone of note so you can pretend the last two are walk ons.

How do you know this kid can’t? Maybe he’s a late bloomer like his brother. Maybe he transfers out prior to needing to contribute. He’s being brought in as an extreme depth piece.
