Pope Leo responds to president’s insults: ‘I have no fear of the Trump administration’

President Donald Trump wrote that the first U.S.-born pontiff was “weak” and “terrible” on crime and foreign policy, while taking credit for his election as bishop of Rome.

Leo responded to Trump’s comments Monday morning aboard a flight to Algeria for a 10-day papal visit to Africa. “I have no fear of the Trump administration, or speaking out loudly of the message of the Gospel, which is what I believe I am here to do,” he told journalists on the plane.

“I don’t want to get into a debate with him,” he added. “I don’t think that the message of the Gospel is meant to be abused in the way that some people are doing.”

I blame his voters for this. I blame every Republican elected official. I blame his media sycophants. I blame every media outlet, university president, private company CEO, and world leader who bent the knee to him. They’re all to blame for this. They ALL taught him to believe he can do whatever he wants. They ALL taught him to believe he should be worshipped.

these MAGA dipshits constantly trying to compare sundowning Trump to Biden are the worst. they act like the average Dem voter gives a **** about Biden other than thinking he had a generally decent presidency, especially considering the shitshow he took over from corrupt brainworms Trump.

i'm just worried we'll now have to close down all of the thriving Dark Brandon stores that popped up all over the nation like this one. sad!

Bidens incomeptence did generational damage to the Democratic party. Then they washed it down with Kamala, the worst candidate for any US political office in history.

I'd say Trump is doing much greater damage to the Republican party because it doesn't exist anymore and once he's gone, neither will the maga party.

The democrats are going to have a 40+ seat house majority and might take back the senate within 7 months

How is this even real life? Imagine Biden or if you want to really have fun...imagine the chuds on this board if Obama posted an image of himself as Christ. This dude is totally gone. He lashes out at The Pope and follows it up with a post depicting himself as Christ healing what looks like Epstein ffs.

I mean at some point you've got to cut the partisan crap and call this madness for what it is. How embarrassing for our great nation and how embarrassing for the morons who voted for this clown knowing full well what kind of megalomaniac he was. This guy is truly disturbed.

Where is his quote claiming to be Christ in that drawing? Could it be Saint Donald? He dont look like Christ. Do you even have an idea what Christ looked like?

You might be right. We all know Jesus wasn't a white man with blonde hair and blue eyes who spoke English. He was a dark skinned man with dark eyes and hair who spoke Aramaic.

sadly they think it’s the same. but biden spoke poorly while keeping the economy healthy and america in good standing with its allies. trump on the other hand speaks poorly, runs the economy into the ground and loses longtime supporters and allies abroad.
I hate to admit it, but no one over 65 should be POTUS unless ???

This is not going to happen.
They very well may take back both houses, but it won't be by some sweeping majority.

Personally, i think it all hinges on the price of oil. But Trump has until about a month before mid-terms to get it lower. If progress is made on the price of oil i think MAGA will do just fine at mid terms. If the price of oil remains high and frustrates the economy, then people will vote with their wallets and it wouldn't surprise me if democrats won both houses. $75-80 or lower and republicans keep the senate. Oil lower than $65 by mid terms and i think pubs hold onto both houses.

None of this will matter unless he becomes a totally different person. Do you think that will happen?
