As in the past, some of these guys should just list the teams they are not interested in.

That’s not really how it works. The portal is really a portal. Schools access it and click on the name if they are interested. So if I’m a player and enter my name, unless I indicate Do Not Contact, any school clicking my name is my list.

You left out the option where we fail to ever throw the ball into the big guy and then, at the end of the season, everyone wonders why he entered the portal.

We tried to throw the ball low plenty. We were awful at it. Our entry passes were late and poor. Hines particularly was poor at holding his position despite his strength. He will get better, but he wasn't great with his back to the basket. Much better on pick and roll and hitting glass.
these posts where a player lists 20 schools are pretty worthless to me. there's going to be hundreds of them, a lot of them will be nonsense, and there will be no value in trying to track them

Also, once a player enters the portal, we should be done with him. Don't continue to get used, no shopping our final offer. This might not be a very popular opinion but stick to your guns.

lol... He made one three his first game (1 for 5) there and then one more the rest of the season (1 for 20). yikes!
That's wild considering he made 38 on 30% while being double teamed most of the time the year before.
