Said this months ago. I thought Chandler would be lookin to get out. His body language this year was bad, didn’t look happy to me a lot of the time. I figured BYU would call, or someone. And he’s going to be damn good under the right coach who PLAYS THROUGH HIM and doesn’t let ball hogs keep the ball from him when he’s hot. This one is going to sting down the road when he’s lighting up. I’m sorry if I was Collin I wouldn’t want to play for pope either. He managed him awful. He was turning into one of the best shooters in the conference and Mark didn’t do anything when some of these guys totally ignored him.

Clear room for Stokes and other studs. If he stayed and was one of our best players we were in serious trouble. Hopefully it's because he's being recruited over and not a situation where Pope wanted him and he still entered the portal.
Fair player but haven’t seen enough in 2 years to merit worrying about him. Couldn’t guard a fire hydrant and extremely inconsistent shooter. He is 24 and won’t improve.
Chandler can't dribble or attack a defense. Gets lost too much defensively. He's a catch and shoot, jump a gap for a dunk player and that's it. We can do much better and yes Pope sucks

Hurts our pride, but if we’re chasing titles he’s not good enough. Hes a solid player for Ole Miss.
Kam was my most wanted to return. He had the potential to be the best or one of the best 3 and D wings in the country.
Wanted one of Moreno and Garrison back and preferred Malachi. Malachi wants to be here more than he wants the pay day. And he has worlds of potential and is coming back on discount at a position that’s demanding top dollar right now. Moreno has the potential to be one of the best/most important pieces in the country when you take everything into account. We may be able to do better at other positions now because he essentially took a pay cut to stay. If we have a great season and it all turns around Malachi will be a big part of that.

How do you he know he is leaving? How can we be sure that you're not thinking of CC Sabathia?
Not happy about this one at all.
There's obviously a chance we replace him with someone better, but IMO, the odds are much greater that we downgrade.

How can they say he was recruited over? Kentucky doesn’t have any signed up yet.
If ever there was a time for Pope to prove he belongs, and knows the assignment by bringing in the necessary personnel, it is now!
