Yep. That's why the rivalry was so good. IU fans think they're better people than KY or really southerners in general.

What makes it especially painful for Hoosier hoop fans: Iowa's coach is Ben McCollum, in his first year at Drake. He REPLACED Indiana's coach Darian DeVries at Drake...Lot's of Hoosier fans last year wanted to hire McCollum who is younger and seen as an up-and-comer, but once again they whiff on a guy who the fan base already wants to run out of town...
They just can't help being Indiana Basketball...On course to miss the tourney for the 12th time in 18 years...

Wildest stat ever. Indiana has been PAST the Sweet 16 exactly one time since 1993. Once. And that was a fluke run to the Final Four in 2002. Folks that is irrevelance.
They almost changed history hiring Kelvin but the suckage was able to overcome potential. Now they are stuck in misery.
Our suckage is championship caliber compared to Indiana. IU hasn’t been mediocre for 40 years- they have been dismal. So yeah enjoying IU being in the gutter is worth having a laugh.
Well at least I got to watch 2nd half of Ohio State's beat down of Indiana. Something went right for me today at least.
