I know Yazdani is getting old, but if Buchanan wins he immediately turns into a world championship threat at 97 KG.
Making the team is the hard part, Buchanan has to beat the world champ.
Yazdani is a better wrestler than Snyder (granted most of his career has been at 86 KGs not 97).
I don't know if Buchanan can pull that off, but watching him closely in Folkstyle for a full year, I do know he's one tough S.O.B.
I wouldn't put anything past the guy, that's for certain.

Buchannan has always looked gassed but still seems to have enough in the gas tank to be aggressive late in matches. Not sure if it is decoy or just finds the second wind.
It’s what makes great wrestlers great.

I think that's the first time I seen SB get horsed around albeit early in the match.
