Getting all three kids (6 and under) to bed with just about 10 minutes to spare is akin to landing on .00 filling up gas. Pumped for the individual matchups. Hate to root against Van Dee, I'm only probably 15ish minutes from where he grew up. Never the less, he's a great test for Blaze.

125- #1 Lightning Luke Lilledahl vs. Alan Koehler

Period 1:
Let's hope Nebraska puts up more of a fight than Iowa did. Here we go! Circling, tying up & hand fighting. Luke drops in on a leg & shelves it. Koehler throws in a whizzer. Luke stands & trips Koehler to the mat for the TD, 3-0. Out of bounds & restart. Koehler sits out, turns & gets the escape, 3-1. Circling, tying up & hand fighting. Luke reaches for a leg, but can't get there. He snaps & tries to come behind, but no luck. Koehler gets a front headlock. Out of bounds & neutral restart. Luke presses forward. He reaches for a leg, but no luck. He switches to the other side & finishes another TD, 6-1. Luke gets Koehler bellied out. Koehler works to his feet, but Luke trips him back to the mat. Luke gets Koehler bellied out again. Luke cuts Koehler, 6-2. Luke picks an ankle & quickly finishes another TD, 9-2. Luke goes over 1-min of riding time. Luke rides out the period. 9-2 Luke, +1:33 RT

Period 2:
Koehler takes down. Luke cuts him, 9-3. Luke stalks forward, picks an ankle & shelves the leg. Luke works behind for another TD, 12-3. Koehler comes to his feet, but Luke forward trips him back to the mat. Out of bounds & restart. Koehler is still down. Luke gets Koehler bellied out again & goes over 2-min RT. Luke gives the bow & arrow a try, then he turns Koehler. Koehler breaks free, but Luke gets 2 NF, 14-2. Koehler gets a leg as he comes up, but Luke fights out of it & maintains the ride. Out of bounds & restart. Koehler is still down. Luke goes over 3-min of RT. Koehler works to his feet & tries to break away, but Luke rides out the period. 14-3 Luke, +3-min RT

Period 3:
Neutral start, I think. Luke picks an ankle & finishes another TD, 17-3. Luke cuts Koehler, 17-4. Luke hits another quick TD for the 20-3 Tech.

133- #4 Marcus Blaze vs. #10 Jacob Van Dee

Period 1:
Here we go. Circling & head tapping by Van Dee. Blaze presses forward. He snaps, but can't come behind. Van Dee tries an underhook & drops to both knees. They work back to their feet. Stoppage for a Blaze headgear issue. Back to action. More head tapping by Van Dee as Blaze creeps forward. Van Dee with some fakes. Van Dee tries a snap. Blaze works to a front headlock & is looking for an ankle, but Van Dee works back to his feet. Blaze presses forward. He shoots, but Van Dee blocks him off. Blaze hits a fireman's carry & quickly finishes the TD, 3-0. Blaze gets Van Dee bellied out & rides out the period. 3-0 Blaze

Period 2:
Van Dee takes down & quickly gets the escape, 3-1. Stoppage for hands to the face by Van Dee. Blaze presses forward again with some snaps. Van Dee isn't doing much more than blocking everything off. Van Dee with a half shot & then another. Blaze tries to pick an ankle, but just misses. Blaze tries an underhook, but Van Dee fights out of it. Blaze takes Van Dee to the edge, then Van Dee fights back to center. Van Dee gets a 2nd warning for hands to the face, point Blaze, 4-1. Circling & tying up to end the period. 4-1 Blaze

Period 3:
Blaze takes down. He works to his feet, but Van Dee trips him back to the Resilite. Blaze works back to his feet & gets the escape, 5-1. Tying up & hand fighting again. Blaze presses forward. Van Dee with a big snap. Blaze drags, but can't finish. Blaze drags again & tries to run the corner, but no luck. He drops in on a leg, but time expires.
