Meanwhile most everyone here is married to a woman that, if they could redo it, would never marry and would change their jobs in a second if they could.
Polling everyone who posts here about marriage might lead to statistical bias since there is a lot of negativity, regret, and "woulda, coulda, shoulda" expressed in these threads. But I expect if you polled the general population of old guys you would find the majority of us would marry the same gal if given a chance to do it all over. I personally have had a blast during our 42-year adventure.

But since 50% of marriage end in divorce, it is probably safe to say that another 20% are married but not super happy.
You need to factor in how many divorces are due to the man wanting a do-over or how many are due to the women marching in out of the blue and exclaiming "I need to grow".

Or the woman thinking that "the romance is dead" because the husband doesn't plan insane dates after working 10 hours that day.

As I said before it seems to be working fine for him. Not sure why it truly bothers some. I'm old and I guess a bit different. Just can't get over why who "ol Dollar Bill" was laying the pipe to would bother some people. To each his own I guess...proceed.
