Ayala seems like he’ll be the next Iowa “superstar” that finishes 5th as senior
National Duals, '25, thread

I made it. Just in time to see Peterson get decked.
"People love dual meets" hits different when you say it with an empty arena.
Tom and Terry better sign Spencer’s permission slip to let him start practicing with Ayala.
Davino looks incredible. Blaze has absolutely owned him the last couple years though. Davino just can’t score on him
“Iowa style” isn’t working. Got to be within a pt to win on push-out stall calls
I keep saying, all of those wrestling folks who clamor for a National Dual Team Championship need to pony up and buy a ticket to put their butt(s) in a seat. That's when we will know their verbal noise is being uttered with a sense of seriousness.
Solid performance by Ayala not getting majored.
Mix 3 parts Rutgers and 1 part Iowa, cradle for 30 seconds and you get the strong smell of disappointment
College aged women in spandex gets better ratings then college aged men in spandex. Who knew?
It's a real thing. After beating your head against the walls in TnT's dungeon for 5 years, you have nothing left in the tank.
Ayala is a 2X NCAA finalist. If the typical Iowa trend continues, he’ll maybe get 5th place this year.
Hawks looking like they are in early March form in November….
Bailey is gonna get stalled out in this match. Mendez is all over him
This Mendez ***-kicking is strangely satisfying.
OSU is looking pretty stout this tournament from top to bottom. Hopefully for Tan Tom, they're not peaking in November!
$500k these days gets you one escape every 5 minutes of wrestling
If I'm Tom Brands, I have Telford calling the coroner there in Tulsa. Oh St. is stacking up bodies for them to drag back to Iowa.
Not enough shoulder braces.
I’ve seen more people at a Penn State practice session than are at these National Duals. With that being said, Ohio State looks great through the first couple matches.
Complete domination by Mendez.
Gassed in period 2. Bailey is stealing his NIL.
Maybe Iowa should send out their women's team.
Bailey already looks like a guy that got paid and has mentally checked out, lol.
14-0 Ohio State thru three matches. Ouch.
I think you have to go back to Corey Clark to find the last career Iowa guy whose best finish was his last year and he was falling apart like Mr potato head by the end of the season
If tOSU wins, they get to gloat about spoiling Penn State’s chance to ruin Iowa’s dual meet season.
So far a million spent wisely
Hawk fans have to be in disbelief at the shellacking they’re taking.
