Kentucky @ Louisville Game Thread

[chroix]

Cut it to ten at the half and nothings over but we’ve looked like absolute dog **** this half

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

To be a so called offensive genius we literally run crap. No movement, not physical, not even trying to stop line drives

Puke

Making shots makes any game plan look good.

It isn’t about making shots or not. It’s being honest about both team’s personnel. Our advantage is in the frontcourt and defense. Their advantage is offense and backcourt, so why are we playing breakneck pace?

[OliverSimmonsTwinBrother]

This is the Tennessee sweet 16 game all over again

[3 Putts]

Why do dudes slap hands after a miss? It’s like “you screwed up dude, good job”.

[bleedsblue5]

We will get going. But our D has to be better and I just don't know if Pope can teach Defense

[rick64]

7 points combined for OO, MO, BG and CC.

[cat tat2]

Maybe UL will run out of gas in the 2nd half.

[UKBB4Ever]

Just an embarrassment.

This is the team that played Georgetown.

[Rainmaker]

What is Pope doing? OO, Chandler and Aberdeen back in, all five starters after the under 4?! How is that the lineup he sends out?!

[KyLegacyBBN]

I’m hoping we can get this with in 10 points

[TheBlueMist]

Louisville has something to prove. The Cats have been preening on a pre-season exhibition win and a couple of wins versus 200+ ranked teams.

This game will make us better, win or lose.

[bbnkat02]

Oh well. Not too worried. Early in the season.

This is FF or bust. Or Pope will be known as the 22M Dollar Mouse.

[mrjuk lostinspace]

Oweh we go???

[RunninRichie]

Garrison=bum

[MarvinHagler89]

Kelsey outcoaching Pope badly right now.

Not hard when you are talking sweet

They are at home. We would beat them in Rupp. Means nothing.

no

[Hoskins91_rivals]

Uof L is only shooting 37% from 3.

That’s good as a team

[Anon1751335390]

Showing a lot of effort.

Yeah effort isn't the crime here. We just need to think about and adjust how we defend.

[simnalecho]

Pope will do good things at UK, but he will not do great things including winning #9

[mrjuk lostinspace]

Too deep, but TAKIN’ it !!!

[bbnkat02]

Or it could just be that his guys were less prepared than Louisville today. Bad games happen. Doesn't mean BBN will be calling for Pope's job.

Not yet. But say we piss out in the Rd of 32. It's gonna get noisy quickly.

[kyjeff1]

Nice, quick 8-0 run, needed that.

[Pensacola_Cat]

Brown can get his shot anytime he wants.

[Anon1751335390]

That’s good as a team

Ha yeah. They are on pace for more than 14 made 3's.

[Drogon]

Aberdeen is not bashful

[cornbreadnmilk]

I always wanted Cal to hire a coach for offense now I want Pope to hire one for defense.

[darkshadesofblue]

Keep it within single digits before halftime

[KyLegacyBBN]

Ok, liking that.

[UKCowboys]

3 on Chandler

[JakeKx]

Down to single digits after this performance so far tells you how much they suck. We just need to play defense. That’s literally it

[UKBB4Ever]

We can still win this game. Just have to have a different team come out for the second half.

[BlueBlood96Cat]

Louisville is the better team. It is what it is.

They are running on straight adrenaline. Let’s see what the second half brings. Let them sit down at halftime for a minute

[bbnkat02]

I always wanted Cal to hire a coach for offense now I want Pope to hire one for defense.

Our KP numbers are gonna take a hit for sure.

[UKCowboys]

Fortunately our kids don't quit as quickly as some of our fans

[MidseasonTweak]

That Mo.. thats what you're here for

[The_Answer1313_rivals]

I'm so glad this team doesn't quit like some of the fans lol

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

I always wanted Cal to hire a coach for offense now I want Pope to hire one for defense.

Our offense has been stagnet tonight as well as our D

[jr40831]

1st road game (being the 3rd game) against a good team that hates you. It can get ugly. It's nobody's fault, it's just a bad time to play this game. They'll be fine after a few more games.

[LineSkiCat14]

Nice fight

[chroix]

Hahahahahahaha
