I remember seeing TN and Duke play. But its not been easy for me to find info on all these exibitions

UT is preseason predicted third in the SEC, just behind UK. To say that we are not a threat is to simply wishing it to be so. All indications is that we have an upgraded roster overall compared to last year's elite 8 run.

I think Tennessee will be good, but I expect a step back. The defense will most likely be there, but I’m just not seeing a guy like Knect or Lanier who can go out and get 30-35 whenever. I think UT needs a guy that can just take over. Otherwise, they lack the ability to score enough to be a championship level team. I think that’s why they’re ranked in the back part of the top 25 to start the season. Either way, I expect UT to be at least a top 25 team all season.
