I believe enough clues have been left, that if you read what others have said, you can kind of put two and two together.
They say worried folks have tendency to lash out first thinks this is what you seeing

I haven't seen ether team on video. A couple things I noticed the ER QB is a big young'un. And I've read serval Mt Airy guys talking about how big the ER line was but and I don't mean this as an insult like some would take it because obviously they can still block but Mt Airy line is probably one of the smallest I've seen all year but the team does look quick in this video especially in the second half.
All I’m going to say is that as of now Tarboro will be without a couple of players. I know this for sure. I heard there’s an appeal going on but I don’t feel confident in it since the state came in after the fact.
What I was thinking I believe someone a little worried.

I guess to be the best, you’ve gotta beat the best. We don’t wanna hear any excuses after that whooping this weekend. If the team needs motivation, give it to them. We are glad to make it to the championship, but I want to see all your team has. It makes it easier to keep whooping you in the future. I would say the east hate Tarboro much as they get thumped more often than any single team from the west. The same east teams get it every year and know they won't be a state champion for sure, come to the finals. I just got done putting my Christmas lights out in the yard. It is going to be a very merry christmas. I made sure those Go Bear signs and flags were all out as well.
