Yes they did smart one, they came to us where we were on the fence and started saying all that crap. I’m not gonna lie on here.
Andrews fans did the same thing last week...
That plus the guy with the megaphone calling out individual players made it real hard to pull for them tonight.
Every team has a few of those fans. It is what it is. Some refuse to see it for their side cause they have blinders on.

After watching I can definitely tell you Draughn has 2 possible d1 players, both linemen that qb couldn't walk on at a d2 school my opinion after high school we will never hear of him again scouts dont like showboat for 1, and he is to skinny, he wouldn't make it a quarter in d1At the end of the day 2 great teams battled and Draughn won.

I'll be honest here my mom and dad was 2nd cousins once removed my dad's parental grandmother and my mom's parental great grandfather were brother and sister.
When I told my mom it upset her but I told her there's no way your parents didn't know both families been here since the mid 1700's and they'll even went to the same church.
When I told my dad he said something like "well back then in these mountains if you didn't marry a cousin then you probably didn't get married besides you boys turned out fairly normal "

If Chad was smart he would of went to Cloudland last year like he almost did and he would more than likely have a state championship ring.

I can tell you we had a girl who lived in Mitchell co that played at Heritage kevin Tiptons daughter played in a state championship at Heritage
Well I'm sure my dad was exaggerating he liked to joke though in high school I did know several at least 3rd or something.
But you know these mountains back until at least the 1940's maybe early 50's was a pretty remote area didn't have all these nice roads you have today. Mitchell county got it's first paved road that went from Bakersville to the train station well it was concrete built by prisoners crushed and made on site in the 1920's when my dad was a kid it was gravel all the way to Johnson City TN his father traveled there to sell tobacco with his father by horse and buggy was a overnight trip.
