One of the most difficult throws to make especially at that part of the field. Opposite hash out route when a db has nothing to worry about behind him. He is taught to play the ball and jump the route. DB’s field is only 20 yards deep.

Correct. The end zone where the ball is not returnable was the only acceptable pass play there. The irony is we’re otherwise so conservative how could that have been allowed?
