We’re using Gundy trick and I’ve see more teams doing that lately. If offense subs the defense is allowed to sub too but can take a little bit of time to slow down the tempo.

Amazing coach we have! This foundation is being built on a rock hard support, just as Schiano likes to say. Can't wait till we have no more young players to blame, or that we're early in the rebuild, or that not 100% of the team are Schiano's recruits, or when the "Schiano is better than Ash" crowd finally realizes how idiotic that statement is.
