Yes he is very selfish and nota team player when he is the face of everyone he guards. He has taken too many shots yes, but that is on pike for lack of creativity right now on offensive sets. but fwiw Young has kept us in the game with his scoring whether you like his misses or not.

Yeah and Tez needs to learn when to distribute the ball and not drive into the lane and get blocked like he did. That was schoolyard BS.
Couldn't agree more. Where the eff has Ron gone? Where is Geo? Both totally absent that half.
We have never beaten this team so yes I get negative. Want to beat this team so badly.

he cannot dribble and he cannot shoot, him being forced in I believe is hurting the chemistry, not that anyone else besides JY is playing with a pulse but I think Pike is forcing it with Caleb
Hes the only one playing with some confidence. iMO. And like he wants to be there. Young is playing too confident.
Thought he learned after last 2 games and then he reverts back to the bad and out of control Montez.
Our d is fine after the first few horrible minutes but they are out hustling us and beating us to 50 balls which is not indicative of a Pike team. The problem on offense is after the pass , we stand with the ball instead of moving it one more pass or driving it. The defense literally just has to move one rotation and stand and wait for our drivers instead of us driving on them when we they are on the move .

I don’t think we are lacking effort though. They are playing hard. We are just ice cold.
Is he selfish? Or is there just nobody open to pass to? Seems like he’s driving because has has nowhere to go with the ball. We need to look to score earlier in the shot clock off misses.
I hope fans don't blame the referees if Rutgers loses this game.The two offensive problem areas were glaring once again ,ie, foul shooting and missed shots around the basket.The team wasn't prepared to play and there is no leadership on the court.The second half could be more of the same or Rutgers might actually start playing like a ranked team should.
