Basketball LIVE GAME THREAD: Rutgers vs. No. 22 Illinois

[RU848789]

feel like we should be up more but i'll take it... like how we're playing... this one feels like it'll go down to the wire.

[MadRU]

Young was pretty ineffective in his limited time. Yeboah sat some with 2 fouls so i expect more from him driving to get to the line

Young made Frazier work real hard. His defense was very good.

[BOCA93]

0 fouls. Must be nice.

Honestly, I thought he should have been called for the bump on Young driving but because Young looked out of control, refs let it go. Aside from that didn’t see Cofi fouling anyone.

[richthedentist]

Refs should keep an eye on Frazier. He’s a travel machine and a flopper.

And he carries the ball every time

[DHajekRC84]

Ok, back to screaming at the tv down here in NC. Please Freakin win this. I really have plans to travel if we make it.

[RUsince52]

To be fair this is only the second or third bricked dunk by him all year. I think they all came last couple of games

It just looks bad when the shot appears to be right there from a positioning standpoint. Didn't require any fancy moves.

[theRU]

If the refs don't start calling it even, it can be trouble

[czxqa]

Boom! Yeboah 3, 39-32

[BillyC80]

Great start.

[RUTrack94]

Great to see the lead at the half!
Rise Up!

[RUsince52]

Got to score from underneath.

[Night Man]

Leaving a lot of good looks on the board here

[Night Man]

BOX OUT

[RU Mike73]

2 more missed bunnies. Need all them.

[GoodOl'Rutgers]

travel uncalled at the top.. leads to foul by geo

[RUby RED]

How the f does the announcer say that’s an “easy foul”?

[GoodOl'Rutgers]

moving pik cockburn

[Pancho1939_rivals]

I hate this announcer

[RUsince52]

Carter barely touched him after the fact.

[GoodOl'Rutgers]

I hate this announcer

he was doing the same BS vs OSU.. clear block

[Pancho1939_rivals]

How do they miss that travel

[jerzeyguy]

You know what i say every game -- take a charge

[Rokodesh]

There are literally no rules when cockburn has the ball

[GoodOl'Rutgers]

you know how refs supposedly get graded.. how about grading announcers for BS like that

[bethlehemfan]

How do they miss that travel

Several

[BOCA93]

Cockburn took 10 steps lol

[Pancho1939_rivals]

And he hooked harper. Interesting how announcer can’t seem to call out the obvious

[theRU]

How many non travels calls now?

[bac2therac]

Fire this turd scoreboard guy

[GoodOl'Rutgers]

like 5 traverls on that play

[richthedentist]

The refs are the only thing keeping Illinois in this game

[ScarletteK80]

Who sucks more? BTN clown, or refs? To close to call. Jeezus.

[RUsince52]

Just can keep it going to build a lead.

[Rokodesh]

Who sucks more? BTN clown, or refs? To close to call. Jeezus.

[Night Man]
