Whatever happens at the end of the season, Kenny Parker has got to go. I haven't seen anything impressive about our strength and conditioning. Four years and no one that truly stands out overwhelmingly, besides probably Pacheco and a couple guys on our D-line and that might just be due to natural talent. If there was an under the radar hire that did Ash in, I would put it on that one.
