the good news is that CBS is not going to read the names alphabetically this year, instead going right to the brackets

Major backlash last year

I don’t think I have watched it since the Geoff Billet/Rob Hodgkin era and subsequent non bid as the cameras rolled. I used to look forward to it just as much as any sports event. Thanks Rutgers

Tough draw for MSU being in the same region as Duke. For a team that could be argued to be a #1 seed themselves, tough to be paired with the overall 1 (Duke).

Do they usually have conf teams play each other in second game? Can't remember. (Speaking about Minnesota / MSU potential)

So now we know Michigan St. is a 2 seed, but in the same bracket as Duke. I thought Michigan St. would have a chance as a #1. But then because they're a #2 then what is Duke doing in the same bracket? Is Duke the number 1 overall seed? I didn't hear that. If they are, aren't they supposed to put the best 2 seed in the weakest of 1 seeds?

Interesting that Villanova got a 6 seed. Will that be the highest seed from the BE or will Marquette get a higher seed?

I'm not surprised regarding Iowa. They were really struggling at the end. I am however a little surprised with Villanova not getting at least a 5 seed, but I thought Cincy deserved to be a much higher seed.

Cincy as a 7 is a sham

Looks like Sec, acc, big 12 getting the benefit as usual

Once our season ends I root for all the other NJ colleges. Good luck to Seton Hall and Rider. Did Princeton win the IVY? last I looked they were in the Semi.

Big 10 4th place seeded better than big east champ
This shows just how tough the B1G is, and how weak the BE was this year. I will also say, that if the ACC ends up with three number 1 seeds, I think that's just wrong. I think if you're not going to give Michigan St. a 1 seed then Tennessee deserved a 1 seed even with the loss today against Auburn based on who they beat.

Yale won the Ivy. Princeton lost to Yale in the semis. Also, Rider lost in the semis of their conference tourney and may get an NIT bid--maybe.
