Don't tell Al...he insists this is an excellent coaching staff and that the talented players just aren't executing properly...FACT is these coaches are in way over there heads...very different for Ash who had all Americans littering his defense while at OSU...he actually has to do some coaching for this team and that doesn't seem to be happening
