Barchi- delighted to be here. He is going to turn day over to Pat Hobbs. Barchi spent fair amount of time with Ash. He is right person for job. Intense and integrity on and off field and in classroom. Blew Barchi away. 19 years at top level of competitions. Ash has won respect of fellow coaches and colleagues and opponents. Barchi is thrilled. Moving forward to new chapter.
Barchi wants to say something about Hobbs--going nonstop 100 miles per hour 24/7. This is Hobbs' recruitment. He deserves thanks.

Hobbs up: Welcomes Ash, wife and 7 month old Brady and 14 year old Tanner, a football player, and daughter Jacy and mother in law. (Hobbs is 100% class). Hobbs thanks Ash--loves Rutgers, and says everyone at Rutgers loves Rutgers and want it to succeed. Hobbs thanks Greg Brown and Ken Schmidt.
