I must say I have never seen PSU vs OSU game. I don't even watch Big 10 games. Now I will stop watching SEC games. Avis the most northern southern state and the most southern northern state.

WV is a mixed bag. You have people who grew up on Big East football. Some people grew up watching Big Ten football because they live near OH and PA.
I guess if WVU was in Bluefield it would be different but it is in Morgantown.

I haven't watched an SEC game virtually ever--unless they are playing schools in the conference WVU shares or better yet WVU itself. I don't think the conference is as dominant as certain media project. Alabama is a great program for the last decade or so and occasionally someone else like an LSU strikes it rich, but for the most part little interest in those games. Big Ten games, some PAC games are of interest. ACC much less so.
But WVU does belong in one or more of these conferences if the BIG 12 will indeed be relegated downward.

Reason you see a lot of sTL Cardinals fans in Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi.

Since WV borders Ohio and PA where Big Ten schools exist, why wouldn't WV residents support some Big Ten schools? There's also former conference mate Rutgers as well as long term rivalry with Maryland that WVU fans enjoy. Alabama isn't anywhere close to the state of WV, although I'm sure there are some Saban fans, its not like he is doing that for WV citizens.

Not trolling wvu at all. Anyone who wants to see wvu out of the big 12 has wvu best interests in mind. The big 12 has historically been a lousy conference and now that all its star power is gone its nothing more than a glorified G5 conference.
