Seriously though, it was an investigation accepted and even encouraged by Republican lawmakers. Mueller was appointed (a Republican) and he obviously conducted the investigation thoroughly and with integrity. We needed to know if the Russian infiltration was at all used, encouraged, or aided by the campaign it sought to help put into power.
Can’t blame the Democrats. Blame the Russians. And if your pissed about it lasting so long, blame Trump for hiring criminals with ties to foreign governments, and Flynn, Manifort, Gates, and Papa D for lying to investigators.
Dossier and social media influence aside, Russians hacked political candidates for President and dumped the information into the media to affect the election. That act alone warrants a full investigation, esp when it benefits the winner, which it did no doubt.

No sir, what we needed was proof or evidence of the allegation before we needed to “know ....”. There never was anything that spawned this other than a corrupt party and the sycophantic followers inability to accept that their vision was cast aside by the will of the of the people.

There was clear evidence of Russian influence and infiltration. Collusion was investigated. There only has to be a crime committed for someone to be investigated for it Johnny Jumponit, when there is evidence of someone committing a crime, that person is usually arrested.

I said that the Russian government infiltrated and effected the election (that alone occurred through the hacking of the DNC) and that action alone influenced the election (however slight you think). Investigating what happened, why, and who were involved was critical. Trump, being the campaigned that benefited, needed to be cleared of involvement. He was. There’s no conflation, it’s pretty simple. Just because something makes you cranky, doesn’t make it wrong. Trump’s rights weren’t violated.
But that’s were you are wrong.....it had everything to do with Trump. He was the winning campaign, and the campaign for which the Russian efforts were clearly aimed to benefit. The Mueller report cleared the campaign of wrongdoing, rejoice proud Trumpian for the system worked to deny your opponents of that ammo. No Dem should be talking about Trump/Russia and a illegitimate presidency again.....they will of course, and they should be laughed out of the room.....I just hope it isn’t all of the morons.

That has not been proven. That is all based on an assessment done by Crowdstrike. Stop it.
It is odd that the claim is that Russia hacked the DNC server and gave the information to wikileaks. Wikileaks claims the information did not come from Russia. Wikileaks claims nobody from Mueller team ever contacted them. Will be ibtereating to see where that claim is confirmed.
I've asked from day 1, some of the evidence of the hacks. IMHO it's important that all agencies, businesses, etc. know the methods by which their systems were compromised.
Spoke with an IT Security Professional a couple weeks back. He's a former Seal who transitioned into IT security after retiring, and consults with business and governments on IT security, and he admits that for the most part people just are educated enough on proper protocols and procedures, but he did say that without a doubt the US is actively combating foreign states in the cyber world.
Barr’s summary of the Mueller Report stated that Russia hacked the DNC and shared to Wikileaks.....if just that alone, it’s proven. But am I supposed to deny the summary now? Maybe there is conflicting information in the actual report? Should I now assume Trump might still be guilty of collusion? Are you telling me there’s a chance?

I’m telling you that it’s based on a DNC funded organization, Crowdstrike, who supplied the information assessment to the IC. The IC never did their own assessment as they were never given access to the servers to run their own Investigational Analysis. Based on the information the IC received, and it’s the only information they have to go off of, it appears the hack was by Russia.
I’m not saying it wasn’t Russia, it most likely was. I’m merely saying the DNC funded the analysis, funded the Dossier, started the collusion narrative, and trumpeted the lie through targeted leaks to the MSM, who then doubled down on the narrative and spun a web of ******** and lies for 2 years.
