There were some emails released at midnight last night (yes, I said midnight after two days of hearings) but more were released today.

What does it matter?

Dems didn't spend any time reading them prior to the hearings anyways. They were proclaiming their no votes before the candidate was even announced. Why are you worried about what's been publicly released (again, the Senate had the documents the entire time)? Why do you care in any regard, other than to have something to ***** about?

They have released 4% of all of his documents from his time in the White House under Bush. What are they hiding? Why would they withhold them? Why won’t he answer most of their very basic questions?

You want to get confirmed, answer the questions. It’s very simple.

Don’t let facts get in your way. You never have.
Released when asked. Don't fall for this dog and pony show. Dud even acted like he was willing to be evicted from the Senate.

Hahahahaha they’ve turned over more documents than any past SCOTUS nominee in history. That’s hilarious.

I'm not. You are the one going insane, ie, pulling a THE.

Good luck!

They released 42,000 pages the night before the hearing began. That’s a fact.

The Democrats are arguing to get documents made available to the public. Don’t you think the public deserves the right to know where a nominee stands on issues? I do. If they don’t want the public to know, seems to me they are hiding something and it doesn’t seem logical to appoint a justice to a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land if we can’t even inform the public where the nominee stands on issues.

Honestly? No. It's the job of the President and the Senate to nominate and confirm justices. Not the public. Silly PR stunts intended to gain favor from the 2020 primary voters is not going to stop the confirmation. Turning the Senate in to a circus is a win for Trumpers, imo.

Except it’s the Republicans who control the Senate....and yes, it’s a circus.
The left has yet to even address policy or his opinions on rulings and the constitutionality of them. And it’s not the GOP causing this circus, but we are capitalizing off of it. The Dems have gone full on embarrassment here. It’s fun to listen and watch though. Makes me even more glad Hillary didn’t win.

You literally have no viable defense of this behavior. “They’ve only released 4%” hahahahaha which is like double the amount of documents any previous SCOTUS has had released.

Keep flailing though, there is literally nothing you all can do to stop this nomination and moreover, you’re creating an enemy in the court. Bad strategy all around by the left.

BTW, The Bunk is playing the part of Jim Greer in the Tom Clancy “Jack Ryan” series on Amazon. I’m enjoying it.
Going to try starting that next week. Looking forward to seeing Jim Halpert and Bunk saving the world. College me is over the moon.

I’ve watched the whole thing, the entire proceedings. Yes, they have repeatedly asked him about rulings and opinions and he won't answer their questions. None of them. Not even if he consulted with Trump’s personal attorney regarding the ongoing special investigation. Whoops! And he wouldn’t answer questions about receiving over 4,000 stolen electronic files. Whoops!

Let’s get this straight, ...... you believe it’s the Republicans looking like fools? I would guess Trump is sitting back hoping this sh*t show never ends, and the ******** is further exposed. Absolutely amazing the perspectives.

Don’t stoop that low. You usually keep it at a high level and I respect that.

Anyone can see the Republicans on the Judicial Committee were making up rules as they went to keep damaging documents hidden from the other committee members and the public.
The board racist sharing his respect. What a fukn clown.

Wrong. Of course that is no surprise.

The only time documents were marked executive privilege were by a sitting President.

In this case, Bush isn’t president and Burck has no government position, he is a private attorney.

That's a lie, not what she asked. She asked if he'd had a conversation about the Mueller probe with anyone from his law firm, and wouldn't tell him who she had in mind. I wouldn't have answered it either, it sounded like a trap question (and it certainly was, because the firm denied it today). She came off looking dumb in that. Did you have a conversation with a person I won't name?!?! Well, did you??!
