Two things strike me from the video:

1) the car wasn't "cornered" with people beating on it to make the driver scared

2) the driver clearly knew where he was going, knew which crowd was there and went there intentionally to cause harm or death.

1) That video doesn't show where the driver came from or the conditions in which he came.
2) You can clearly see someone swing something and hit the car prior to him ramming into people.
3) If his goal was to run over protesters, and get away with it, why the **** would he ram another vehicle and be forced to back out.

I'm betting at the end of the day there's WAYYYYYYY more to this story......
