This. His chances of playing for us next year are very high. I can’t see him walking in and taking the Georgia job on day one
He’s probably looking at waiting for 2 years at Georgia but you know damned well Kirby’s telling him he can win the job.

I tend to agree.

Don't see how his family alone could allow this if he would pick Georgia. Donnie for sure would be a pariah here.
1) I believe he is N.

2) Our OL coach is here because of his ability, not because we “might” have a chance for his nephew.

If Raiola sticks with Georgia it’s because that’s where he wants to be. The two are not (and should not) be tied together.

Personally, I hope we have a few more days of waiting. More eyeball emojis and cryptic tweets and “N” proclamations. Because if there’s one thing the last decade of Husker sports has taught me, it’s that good things always come to those who wait.

We still have an Elite 11 4 star QB in this class and 2 return g QBs who have started games. Yeah Dylan would be a great get but anybody who doesn’t get why he would choose Georgia is delusional.
Will have to wait see how this all plays out. I just don’t see a ton of immediate impact players other than Kaelin coming in. There are a couple promising OL prospects, but they’ll take a good couple years to develop for BIG play. All in all I just don’t see a vast improvement in the roster for next year. Could see missing a bowl game again if things don’t go according to plan.

If he spent all this time in nebraska with all the publicity and crystal balls and stayed with Georgia that would be so screwed up. All the coaches tweets today along with him being here right before signing day makes me think he’s N.
I agree. I'm assuming DR is a decent person who would not come here this weekend and then drop us like a hot potato. He would not do that to the school where his uncle is a coach and where his father was an All- American.

He was at the women’s basketball game today and the wrestling match the other day. It would seem odd to do that if he was wanting to stay at UGA
Could also be….”I came all the way here for a visit and they forced me to sit through womens basketball? F this place.”

Absolutely correct. How in the hell can his uncle be held responsible for his 18 year old nephew’s decision? If not for his dad playing here we would have never even been considered.

In before:

We didn’t want him anyway
We refused to guarantee him anything
His dad is pulling the strings
Etc etc etc
Oh no. Nebraska fans aren't going to react the way Georgia fans have been the last week. If this happens, I'll share what I think and it won't be ******* that.

He already chose Georgia. Something made him flinch. You don't do this to your dad's Alma mater.

He has not decommitted from Georgia so how would he be dumping us? He’s not the one issuing crystal balls.

He’s 18. He’s trying to be sure. It’s a damned tough life changing decision.

How is Kirby Smart and DM communicating if contact had to end at noon?

This was occurring yesterday (for the most part)

Also, would almost guarantee this is UGA feeding Wiltfong trying to save face

I mean...I get that but he was on a visit to NU, what was he supposed to do?
He's so familiar with Lincoln he was giving people restaurant recommendations at one point. Why would he need another visit in the first place if he wasn't committing?

He wanted to shoot a commitment video. Should be out tomorrow but could drag out longer

Can McCord switch back then too or did he actually sign something with Cuse? Not goona lie I don’t really understand tranfer commitment rules. I understand he’d still have an opp to switch back N by Wednesday is that correct?

I agree.

I think the second he got on the plane was in N.

I believe all the Crystal Balls at this point. He’s not starting at UGA next year for sure, hence I think that prompted the flip

95% of people rightly think he is in. Between that, and the leaked footage of him making a commitment video, this is simply a ploy to throw people off so there is more excitement when he officially announces. …and to play with Kong’s putty brain.

It wasn't his choice to move on from Nebraska

I don’t think transfers have to sign a letter of intent I think they just enroll in their new school and show up. They do sign a financial aid agreement for their scholarship.

I’m not taking the thread bait. He is in. I can’t imagine we would’ve let McCord walk out of Lincoln if DR wasn’t 100%. Don’t think he would’ve been in Lincoln the weekend without being committed.

You're thick, but you're not that thick. Oh wait, you can't ever admit when you are wrong.
Maybe why there is that weird sexual tension between you and Kong.

I don’t really give a **** at this point anymore. If he comes here great. If he doesn’t then next year is 4-8. But we are used to that now. Tired of the melodrama over an 18 year old.

Is anyone really 100% anymore? Walter Rouse was a 110% committed last year, then 2 days later he switched to OK

So the McCord bridge is burned it sounds like. What I don’t understand is there’s no way Dylan could have assumed with 100% certainty he was going to start day 1 at Georgia. I mean, we’re talking about Georgia coming off back to back natty’s, there’s no way he thought that spot was his going in did he?

Coaches couldn't be in contact after noon today though right? Uncle doesn't count because family.
I mean...what would the "punishment" be for UGA if they were in contact? It is not like it would be a big deal.
