Well Rhule and his staff are unrelenting on the recruiting front! Love it. I just hope they're that good coaching on the field and making in game adjustments.
OU transfer OG Marcus Alexander has been in contact with Raiola about a visit as well. Will be interesting to see if he makes it
Our WR room went from basically two solid returning WR's to a really big group with talent and experience. More coming!! GBR!!

I
think they really like the incoming O line class and are looking for immediate portal help at tackle to allow those kids to develop. OTs are probably the toughest get in the portal.
Hard to tell from a 45 second video, but it seems as if they are lifting light weight for many reps. The guys were benching 185 and other guys were sitting on the floor doing close grip lat pulls. If it had been heavy weight their knees would have been bent. Then there was a quick shot of a guy overhead pressing a smaller dumbbell with one hand.
For all I know (which is nothing) this may be exactly how S&C was conducted last year. But for some reason I always got the impression that Duval was more of a heavy weight/lower rep/lower motion range type of trainer.
