Another classic, nice! Tell me more about how you are here because you don’t care. You wouldn’t even know if there was a thread on him if you weren’t watching the board like the obsessed, little brother.
When did I say I don't care? It's you nebraska fans that act like you don't care but you are right, I'm embarrassed to be on a message board of a school that can't beat illinois or northwestern.

I can see why you'd pass on a top 200 kid and top ranked kid in the state when you have a full 7 commitments and are outside the top 50 team rankings at the moment, definitely makes sense

I don’t think anyone ever said Nebraska passed on him. Just that running over here to celebrate potentially landing him is beyond sad and pathetic.

But we have dominated the **** out of lowly Mizzou, that’s for sure.

Melt? What is that? I don’t speak inbred.

Be honest aren’t you a little disappointed that no one really cares, because he’s just another guy? But I guess in your world this is a big get and that’s why you are Mizzou.
Your current recruiting class at Nebraska (2022, rank 55) looks like ours used to look at Mizzou...and ours looks like yours used to look.

Who is the top kid and where do you rank Woods?

I don’t know their rankings on the different sites, but Jackson is the big dog in state. He has offers from everyone. It looks right now like he might be headed to ND, but he and Woods are tight and if you get Woods, you could have a shot with Jackson too, they were both being forecast together to ASU at one time.

Woods is right there with Helms (most likely OU bound) for the #2 spot. Woods seems like a very good player and a prototype interior OL, I wish we could have got them all, but this years Omaha kids have a chip on their shoulder towards Nebraska and all said very early on they wouldn’t consider Nebraska.

Woods will have fun at Mizzou blocking for the #1 RB out of Texas and #1 Pro-Style QB out of Georgia.

Genuinely curious…who is the top kid in Nebraska?

Devon Jackson is the guy with the big who’s who offer list. He and Woods are very close, if Woods commits to you this weekend, I bet you will at least get a look from Jackson too.

Wouldn’t worry about this one.
You have plenty of other things to be worried about.

The days of Father Tom hanging 70 on inferior opponents and Nebraska fans puffing out their chests after giving a pity clap are a distant memory.

Maybe Frost can find a star player “that needs football in his life”.

Why are you walking around on campus today? Do you live in Como?

My wife is from Columbia. We are in town for the weekend. I’ve actually always had a lot of fun coming to Columbia. One of the most fun games I’ve been to was 2010 when Mizzou beat #1 OU (the week before Helu ran wild on Mizzou). College game day was in town, night game, etc.

Nebraska destroyed their recruiting base to become a junior member of the Big 10. Not to mention being the only non-AAU school in the Big 10. Not a fit in any way.

Meanwhile, Mizzou was a Full Members...Day 1 in the best conference in the country.

New recruiting territory was opened while only enhancing existing recruiting territory.

Here is my advice for you guys get rid of Frost.

I still watch a lot of your games the past few years and I don't think the guy can coach.

We had to pull the plug on Barry Odom a similar situation one of our own and we got Drink a rising star

Columbia was like the wild wild west that night.

even with those 2 guys missouri will be lucky to finish in the middle of the pack in a pretty mediocre division. Luckily for missouri they are in a division with several incompetent head coaches or else missouri would be even more of a bottom dweller than they are now.

We haven’t destroyed our recruiting base.Nebraska recruits all over the country they always have..

Keep beating that SEC drum because they’ll be doing the winning it won’t be Misery doing any of the winning.. You’ll be doing the losing…

I hate the B1G and agree about Nebraska not being a good fit. But the rest is just pretty silly. Junior member or whatever, the University has made a ton of money off the move. And what is all this recruiting nonsense? Until this class (which is a long ways from signing day) Nebraska has recruited circles around Mizzou. I think moving to the SEC has been nearly as bad for Mizzou as moving to the B1G was for Nebraska.

Cannot emphasize this one enough, Husker fans...

DO NOT worry about this one.
is this kid a major academic risk? thats what i was thinking when i saw his ranking compared to his list of finalists.
his position ranking says all the top 10 schools should be recruiting him. The schools recruiting him says he is either severely over rated or dropped from lists because of eligibility concerns

Yeah, you have a lot bigger things to worry about that’s for sure!
i think he's saying this kid is not going to be on a p5 campus in 2022. so it sounds good to say he's committed but he wont be in the class.
