Saw it on twitter and thought it was quite intriguing, but if there was one outcome of any sporting event throughout history that you could change what would it be?

I’d probably have to say either 2009 Big XII Championship or ‘84 orange bowl.

Three off the top of my head for different reasons...

A Butler win would have been one for the ages...

What could have been a shot at a 3rd-straight national title...

I really wanted Tom Brady to lose, and that bobbling catch right before this play was Tyree- and Manningham-esque...

If I had to pick one, 1996 Big 12 championship game for selfish reasons (and this is a Husker board).

1982 Penn State.
Lol. I was all set to type "82 Penn State" when I remembered the boot kick in the nuts that Missouri game was. It is a toss up. But I chose 78 Missouri because we really were the better team. We were just physically wasted from the week before. PSU, in 82, was probably very close to us talent wise. The fact that we were robbed in that game hurts, but at least we lost to the eventual national champs

Even tho I despise Bo and his staff, 2009 Big 12 title game for sure. If Suh would have blocked that final kick, I truly believe he wins the Heisman. 2 TD underdogs, first conference title in 10 years, IN THE HEART OF LONGHORN COUNTRY,... it would have been incredible.

I was there that night and I'll never forget when that clock hit zero and we thought the game was over, I ran out into the concourse and started crying. Then a guy working the concession stands yelled to me "There's still 1 second left!" .... that feeling in my stomach after that... just one of those feelings you'll never wash away.

Penn St probably still would have played Alabama in the Sugar but we wouldn’t have had to play Oklahoma again which really was a kick in the nuts for Osborne and Devaney...

Wonder who we would have played because other than OU we couldn’t play USC or Michigan...

Bama split the title that year with USC who beat them in Birmingham.

I think we would have played Bama. But I could be wrong

2009 Big 12 Champ game is a no for me. Screw Bo. That may have made it more difficult to rid the program of that cancer.

Wow. 9 wins every season means cancer. You probably bought a mike rielly shirt. If we win that game we would have played in the fiesta bowl. That might have been enough to push us over the top.

94 Orange Bowl...but perhaps that's a better "if you could have a call reviewed in any game before instant replay".

No brainer for me. Super Bowl 52. I don’t know that saluno and the rest of the Pats haters on here could handle that, though.Smokin

Jeez, people hate bo so much they are happy that we lost to texas, etc?

I dislike Bo a lot, but I wouldn't undo that game if I only get one do over. That would strictly fall on 1984 Orange Bowl. If that '83 team only had the '84 defense they'd be considered one of the greats of all time. Such a great year and then THUD! The start of Florida teams sticking it to the Big Red in the bowl games.

Yes. 1987 Oklahoma. I was there. Never seen a sadder town. It was a gut punch.

2015 Big Ten title game for sure. I have no grandeur that Iowa would beat Bama, but I would have been interested in seeing what they could have done with the moral boost of winning one of the most physical games I remember.

For NU purposes, I would have loved for Kirk to not kick it to DPE in 2014.
