I went to a bar last night and ran 20 miles today. I feel like utter shite right now. Don’t think it was the bar, though. Never had a hang over in my legs before.

I can’t lie.. this video got me more excited for spring ball and the future than any fluff piece written by local media. You can’t live off JUCO kids but man, they sure have an appreciation for everything given to them and have the attitude to grind.

I suppose he didn’t get to go on spring break because he is strapped to a fast moving treadmill. If he stops running he gets shot into the wall. He can’t even reach the controls on the treadmill.

In college I used to drink about a liter of Captain Morgan and then go play football with my friends the next afternoon. I think it'll probably be ok if a kid went to a bar the saturday night before a week of spring break.
Especially one with a name like O'Zigbo.... It's almost required that he go to the bars on St Patty's day.

Of course it is normal for these guys to go the bar a probably go a bit overboard, especially on spring break. The ones who are spending extra time on football shows that extra mile they are willing to go to to get it done and be the absolute best.
