Ready for Carr to go

[OmahaCats]

He’s so slow and unathletic. You’d think he’d at least be a good shooter. But he’s not

[UKUGA]

He had one really nice game recently.

[Lempface]

I just don’t get our guys aversion to dunking. Oweh is the only one who wants to dunk it.

One of my favorite parts about losing is how a lot of folks want to trash the players. It’s inspirational.

Amari… bless his heart lol.. this year was refreshing and next year will be too

I’d want people to call me out if I was playing like hammered ****

You must be young

[RobEStacy]

Carr has played hurt all year... His back is shot. Wearing the back warmer all the time... He was alot better at the start of the year... Then his back problems started... Back affects everything.

Difference between calling out and flat out insulting them.

Weird .. he played perfectly fine against Troy and Illinois maybe he’s just not that physical of a player?

[JwUKFan11]

He's not a star but he made some huge plays this season. No need to trash them because the night isn't going well.

Yeah, no class to trash a player who gave his all for his teammates and the fans.

It's unbelieveable. We have some really sorry *** trashy fans.

[OmahaCats]

He’s just not a guy that should be starting

This thread is low class and garbage

It's not the polite thing to do

[SemperFiCat]

Stupid post. Carr was our glue early in the season. Been playing hurt. Everyone played terrible tonight. Everyone. And the game plan was quite frankly embarrassing.

[ala_kat2]

Carr had 3 dunks in second half, but we couldn’t get Brea open. Butler was our leading 3-pt shooter and gad 6 rebounds. Problem is we had only about 8 assists all game.

Agreed. It makes me wonder what any recruit might think after reading the negative posts that some our “fans” post about the players. Maybe after reading all of the negativity they might think twice about coming to UK.

[wccat]

Too slow and too weak. Disappeared way too much. Many games you wouldn't even know he played.

[Cawood86_rivals]

He’s so slow and unathletic. You’d think he’d at least be a good shooter. But he’s not

Actually prefer you go....posts like that are ridiculous

[Pygmy Sasquatch]

OP is just pissed Arkansas lost

[Cawood86_rivals]

Totally agree. Pathetic and weak for those who post like that

[Coach Marrow]

He played pretty well in the second half considering how poorly the game was going.

[PoBilly]

No reason to get on a guy when his time at UK is over. Pope got the best he could in the portal. Guys that fit him and did not put any cancers on the team. Carr played hurt, tried to go when he should not go. He was limited in his ability but he was a UK player.

[K_TIME]

His inability to be a true stretch four was disappointing…not terrible it we have to upgrade the PF spot next season

[Rideordiewildcat]

Regressed as season went along

Back injuries will do that to you. They linger and never really leave you the same.

Do we really have to dump on our players. Carr played hurt. Helped us beat Dook and played well most of the season when healthy.

I'm glad we had him and hate to see him go.

[kyfanrob]

I will never understand why when we lose some blame certain kids for the loss. I played 3 sports; you win as a team, and you lose as a team. My fandom will always support the Cats win or lose.

[mash_24]

Guy gave his heart and soul to this season. playing with probably a chronic back injury. I will not miss a lot of you if you decide not to return to this board.

[ManitouDan_anon]

screw you OP

[TriCountyCAT]

Carr would have been a decent back up, we just need better athletes getting the majority of the minutes going forward. If he could have actually shot the 3, it would have helped.

[HalHR2500]

He’s so slow and unathletic. You’d think he’d at least be a good shooter. But he’s not

I’m 62 and could take him off dribble

Abused earlier by Euro and then Gainey goes by and throws it down

[Pulaski Cat Fan_rivals377587]

I think the back problems really affected him this year.

[billoliver40]

He’s just not a guy that should be starting

Ridiculous.

Who would you start over him?

[Fancatstik]

I really like Carr.

Sure you could

[STL_Cat]

Could live without this thread. Would have been nice if he could have made at least one of those open 3’s, though.

[tj4fun]

He’s so slow and unathletic. You’d think he’d at least be a good shooter. But he’s not

He had a rough tournament! Never got his mojo back after his back injury! He did rebound better against Illinois, but really struggled on offense!

But I appreciate everything he gave us this year!
This loss was a lot more then Carr! IDK if it's Popes approach, or if it's just the natural characteristics of some people. But when I watch other teams play, they are flying around fighting there tails off. Its something we struggled with thru out this year! Consistent intensity.

Felt like AU,AL,Ohio St Ole miss tonight . Just didn't have the energy, looked slow and tired.

You get in a tournament like this I don't mind losing with a bad shooting night missing shots, but I really get discouraged when I see a team not match the intensity of the opposing team!
I saw standing and watching way to much in this game.

This team has a good game, usually followed by a dud. They played horrific defense, did not set screens or pics to get people open. It was just a terrible embarrassing performance.
