***** OFFICIAL KENTUCKY VS TEXAS GAME THREAD *****

[ala_kat2]

That just about did it . Can’t rebound for ****. As good as Williams has been, we can’t help him rebound.

[ck-2]

This teams nickname should be the “ball watchers “

[IYAOYAS1]

Out scored by 8 points this half

[Digger-Cat]

Oh well
On to the next game

The next game is even harder, we lose to Vandy by 10 if we play like this.

[bbnkat02]

This team is hard to trust man.

Just very hard to trust.

What a mixed bag of a season

[Seth_C]

No it’s not. Damn.

Yeah. Unfortunately it is.

[Blue wood]

Gave the game away. And this is a bad team, I don't want to hear **** about their close games, Texas sucks and we had this game won, we gave it away.

We are missing 2 players, did you get the memo?

[CatFanInIlliniLand_rivals116236]

7-0 run sucks

[ukfan117]

It's laughable being down to this team. I'm getting fed up watching these guys standing and watching the game.

[TheBlueMist]

If only Texas was a top 15 team.

[rob_47]

This has been a ******** game all the way around. Why do we go away from what works? This shouldn't be a loss.

[JimboBBN]

7-0 in the last 1:12. Definition of a choke job

[HenryMuto]

You had to get that damn rebound on a missed FT my god I can't believe that

[ScottGreene22]

We BEAT

[chev101]

Amari pushed in the back

Nope. He just walked under the goal thinking the guy made the free throw. Probably just cost us the game

[d2atTech]

winning the whole game and lose

yeah this is nuts we are losing this. just needed to take care of the ball.

[ala_kat2]

The next game is even harder, we lose to Vandy by 10 if we play like this.

Maybe 20

[Rise]

I can only remember twice when the rule of 71 failed

[mash_24]

Gonna be a tough loss. Wish we could have held on. We gotta get guys healthy or this is who we’re gonna be.

[spincr4hire72]

Welp. This season is not going to end well.

[fisherscatfan_rivals101526]

Williams just quits in crunch time. That was pathetic. He slow walked under the rim assuming it was a made FT. Lazy *** play.

[fatguy87]

Oweh has really, really hurt us tonight. Guy trying to go 1v1 all the time is a complete negative for us.

This game shows why Oweh, despite his scoring, hasn’t particularly stood out in advanced metrics.

He is rather a one dimensional scorer and isn’t supremely efficient.

[Basscat1987]

Pope needs to answer to this one. Why do u allow ur players to play with such half hearted effort. Do u not emphasize the importance of having a will to win?

[RoyKent]

Choke choke choke

Ridiculous

[Blue wood]

This team is absolutely embarrassing and a disgrace to that ****ing Jersey

Lol Stfu, you are a moron, you need help.

[Farsight]

Why do we lose to the ****** teams?

If this happens in year 3 consistently this won't fly.

[G-PIP]

That is why half the time I'm hoping our opponent misses the first FT, but makes the 2nd. We may have more rebounds than opponents in some games but we don't rebound.

[NociHTTP]

I believe this trend of losing every other game, not being elevated against inferior opponents, is squarely a Pope issue.

[ArtLaibsGhost_rivals]

Really let this one get away

[megablue]

We need this one !!

[Titpwhami2014]

4 guys just stood there. Pathetic.

[TheDude73]

Well that’s probably it. Unless the refs call a foul on our end or we hit a three. We can’t go down and grind out an offensive play here. Quick something and defend.

[hotelblue]

pope allowing oweh to go one on one with williams playing so well to give us the lead is annoying.

[Dreklie]

how the **** do we lead the entire ******** game only to throw it the **** away in the last 2 minutes? Someone needs to explain this.

[BlueWorldOrder74]

Dykes actively rooting for Texas. Ravich yelling “foul” with such glee in his voice. It’s annoying as hell man.

[dckala2_rivals16641]

Let them think they won , cmon cats

[sefus12]

We spent the last 10 mins with an offense that was essentially Oweh or Williams going 1v1 and that will get us nowhere. They aren’t that good and that is how we will lose our first game in the tourney. I kind of put this one on Pope for allowing that offense to happen.

[Kingslayer07]

LMAO Wiliams you *****

[blackcat714]

This has been a ******** game all the way around. Why do we go away from what works? This shouldn't be a loss.

Pope still learning

[megablue]

Uuuuugly !!!
