I've seen Mingione and Butch Thompson being thrown out as possible replacements, but nobody is really considering that Cohen elected not to hire anyone from his coaching tree when he chose Cannizaro. I know money talks, but is it reasonable to expect that there might be some hard feelings from all those experienced coaches, seeing as how they got passed over for a guy with no HC experience?
