Yeah, don't see Kate Upton signing up for nights out in OTR. Frankly, downtown Houston's scene is lacking but the devil you know.

At a point in life where my friends, and my, parents are aging/dying. Sad. Half a dozen funerals this year alone. All in 80's/90's, lived a good life.

Messi in the Nati tonight. Biggest thing to happen since Taylor Swift. Reminds me of the great scene in Vision Quest.

I'm sure those tickets are as tough to find as Swift ones.

Speaking of Asian condiments, my pantry/fridge is filled with recs from this guy. Great channel on YouTube . He is a Korean food honk / pastry chef that guides one through the aisles (sometimes) as to what is best.

Baseball is dead to me.

B-Boy and Ethan Chlewbowski are YouTube home cooking savants. My go-tos. Not Another Cooking Show is great, too, if you can stand his yankee accent.

* Wilcox would have probably redshirted a few years ago but with the transfer portal that calculus is different now. We have a ton of depth at RB but other than Davis, everyone looks between a B+ and C+.

My hope is the NC State transfer gives a true home run threat in the backfield and we can give Wilcox 4 games to see what he's got and still preserve his redshirt.

* I just want to know how UKO maintains a job outside of trolling on the internet. How many hours a day does he spend being a dickhead online? Pretty sad, honestly.

* Kate Upton is on the Mount Rushmore of Chest Beefers.

* Hey Ron, how's your ballsack?

* I daydream of Coen dialing up some sort of whiz kid 3 tight end offense that confuses the living hell out of defenses. We might have the best OC and QB in the SEC this year and our WRs and TEs are nothing to sneeze at.

Mark Stoops has probably overtaken Rich Brooks as my favorite UK coach of my lifetime. Now that Calipari is looking washed, Tubby is a distant third.

Both my kids loved Harry Potter. Read the series multiple times. Now, at 16 and 13 rewatching the movies from the beginning all the way through DH2 before school starts.

Getting ready to head to Lexington for Conference. See some of you fools there. Wonder what the swag will be this year?

-Spent the first 2.5 hours this morning cleaning my kitchen and started in the living room til the realtor calls and has to cancel our walk through. Annoying at first but the place looks great.

-Threw on the Dirty Heads otw to the gym and they were just hitting. Usually reserve them for wheels down in Florida or first ride in the rental all sweaty, hot and windows down, like yup here we are.

Just great summer/beach music.

My brother went through a whole funny ordeal trying to pass a drug test for the new job. Can't retell it well enough to be funny because it was but suffice it to say, he ordered a home cleanse kit with drug test that he kept failing. Called their support line for help (not his pothead brothers). Guy asks him what he's taking and tells them he's been taking the older wynn gummies. "Oh man, those are bad. I mean, they're great gummies but really high in THC and you're not going to be able to cleanse that in time".

Don't care who is marketing celebrity gummies because the old wynn's were great and the Lumi's are even better.

Btw, do the fake pee.

Depending on where you’re located, it’s usually best to just get a medical card anyways and shut that nonsense down. Veriheal.com hands em out btw.

Imagine not hiring a guy for listening to tunes and eating a gummy over the weekend. Meanwhile some guy that gets drunk every night is totally a great applicant!

👎🏻Yankees are my team. Experiencing Covid-era Cats syndrome where I simultaneously can’t believe what’s going on and lack of interest. Sad.
Bunch of overpaid vets who are set in their ways and don't/won't take good instruction on situational hitting.

The level of pretentiousness those restaurants in NOLA have is wild. "We don't have a phone number" "No more than 4 guests on a reservation" "F*ck you and your mother, if you want to eat here, show up and we'll spit in your eye, and then maybe feed you." Never seen a group of business owners project so many ways of discouraging customers.
100% spot on. Charlie's Steak House has no menu, and they weren't putting up with a woman complaining that her steak was undercooked. They serve them on a metal plate that is still cooking the meet when they place it in front of you, but she wasn't happy that she had to wait for it to cook more. Staff was essentially telling her "Deal with it."

I worked with a guy once who panicked when he heard they were going to drug test him and everybody else. On a suggestion, he went to the store and bought and drank an entire bottle of vinegar. The drug test came back inconclusive (good enough in the 90s), but they pulled him into an office and suggested he should get checked for cancer based on the high concentration of acid in his urine.

My buddy was getting me buds at cost through his brother that has a card. It wasn't any cheaper and it wasn't that great of buds. I just throw him an extra $40 and he brings me an OZ of the black market buds to the driveway and the gummies are on my door step 3 days after I order them. I'm also nervous about the card and how that can possibly impact certain constitutional rights. That's probably paranoia but I do smoke a lot of grass. Figure FL won't be long before it's recreational, anyway.

::Long Weed & Such Post Just FYI::

As far as I know it doesn’t matter how you consume THC (although ingesting is def different and metabolized differently than smoking), it matters how much you consume and how much adipose tissue(fat) you have that determines how long it’s in your system.

Like with my low body fat, lots of water daily, daily exercise, etc. I can burn off months of smoking in a week-ish at most.

And yeah I think it’ll be rec by 2025 in FL as they have way more than enough votes to put it on the ballot for next year, just have some stupid republican nerds trying to keep it off the ballot, but it’s inevitable.

I still like going to the shop with a gal or bud, checking it all out and having a big selection of types and kinds and strains etc. plus I know the exact amount of THC.

Also, if you have your own card and the app they send you the daily deals @catlanta33 and THATS where the deals are. You can get an OZ of ground flower for $100 or so some point in the week for sure and when the gummies go on sale, Shewee.

Although FL I think only allows 10mg gummies which is super lame.

I haven’t caught any flak for having a medical card and my CC if that’s what you’re worried about. But you don’t even need a CC in FL anymore, correct?

The only laws I know is you’re not supposed to have both at the same time in public but I don’t drive around with weed on me anyway so idc. Plenty of my friends all hit pens all day and I don’t do that doesn’t matter to me either.

I reserve it for nighttime or beach/pool days.

* College football season sneaks up like no other. Just always catches me off guard when the first game of the season is played when it's still 90+ degrees outside.

* The Pouncey twins don't get nearly enough criticism. They've been huge Aaron Hernandez supporters thru thick and thin, and have never wavered for one second. F those dudes. Here they are in April talking about how much they love guy...

I'm sure he's just "misunderstood."

* William Montgomery (of Kill Tony fame) is an absolute star.

* GM moves from Nick Krall.....

- I think he dropped the ball on not trading Jonathan India, who appears to now be out for the season. The promotion of Marte, along with still having Collier and Arroyo projecting very highly made him expendable, and he could be a great asset for another team.
- Nick Senzel --> man, wtf is going on? Should have been traded, then unexpectedly gets demoted to AAA. Takes a week to report to Louisville, and has been passed over for a call back to Cincinnati by Mike Siani. Very strange.
- Michael Lorenzen and Lance Lynn were two very gettable starters who have been absolutely dynamite for their new clubs.

* I don't think there's enough season left to make it happen, but Matt McClain is giving Corbin Carroll a helluva run for his money in the NL ROY race....

McClain = .295 / .363 / .510 / .873 / 14 homers / 45 rbi / 58 runs / 11 sb
C Carroll= .275 / .354 / .502 / .856 / 21 homers / 61 rbi / 88 runs / 38 sb

This, despite playing 40 less games.

* Are mask mandates going to make a comeback? Man, I sure hope so. Mid summer riots, burning, and looting make for GREAT television. Kinda want to see it, tbh.

*

Chaos Created.

* O'Charley's Reload order:

- $1 draft Miller Lite
- plate of breaded 1/2-priced wings on a bed of tortilla chips with extra hot sauce
- basket of rolls

* Favorite sororities at UK......

1> Chi-O (best combination of looks and fun)
2> ADPi (hottest by a decent margin)
3> Theta (#2 in the looks category)
4> PiPhi (these girls could flat out party)
5> Tri-Delt (snooty AF, but hot)

* Just exactly how fast and how furious will the next installment of this series be? It remains to be seen.

* Ball State alums = Jason Whitlock, Dave Letterman

* Rich Brooks, man. What a legend.

* A good steakhouse SHOULD be pretentious. Your options should be rare, or medium rare. Attempt another temperature and they should hand you the kids menu.

That was pretty good. My list:

1> ADPi (hottest by a decent margin, plus slightly lacking morals)

2> Theta (#2 - dated/married one so might as well keep them in the top 2)

3> Chi-O (They were fun and all, but I ran into a stage 5 clinger my freshman year)

4> Kappa Kappa Gamma (while I talk a mean game about being against hippy pot heads, I sure as hell didn't mind hanging out with a hippy pot head gal in college)

5> Delta Zeta (starting in 2001 when they rebranded). Hot and down to party.

I liked some Tri-Delts. But there were enough bitchy ones where I don't want them on the list. And I never hung out with any Pi Phis.

Gonzaga in late January? I like it.

I always have liked the huge game vs a high profile non-conference opponent placed in the middle of the conference season.

If UofL ever manages to quit being hot dog water, I wouldn't mind playing them in late January as well.

My roommate was a Garden City NY Irish guy who slept on a found mattress on our enclosed porch on Aylesford. Dude was a ‘houseboy’ for TriDelt and ChiO… Ol Teddy ran through all. Of. them.

My wife is a Kappa. I had an artsy lust for them, as opposed to the bowhead parade.

- Oh I couldn't resist Messi. Taking my daughter tonight. Can't miss a chance to see a potential GOAT.

- As a Red Sox fan, a top 5 sports pleasure is Yankees and a 9 game losing streak.

- Am I the only one who never got into weed?

- Did have an old Navy buddy who would puke his guts out 10 minutes after smoking. Maybe that helped.

- Did they ever figure out what happened to that dad in Lexington who went out bike riding at 9pm and vanished?

-Had a buddy that would throw up about halfway through a joint every time and we thought it was the most funny thing ever, I mean we were 15-16 so it didn’t take much.

-What happened to that dad?

Pretty obvious bro…he made it. He got out of the suburbs and family life, probably has the windows down, AC up, some yacht rock blasting and some High Lifes on the floorboard halfway to Gulf Shores bruh. 😎

It's sad that a sports guru as yourself would do this to embarrass yourself. You may as well bring up the story when Macy said he and MJ combined for 57 one night (Mike had 50) You probably had Macy on the All-NBA team.

*will wait on your Mantle switch hitting comparisons.

*EDC is 5 for his last 30 w/ 11 K's.

Did 2 yrs on Aylesford myself.

Same here. Had a great place across the road from the frat that was over there at the time. Then our 3rd roommate knocked up his girlfriend, we had to move out, and our little Aysleford utopia was shattered. Had to move out by the Red Mile, which sucked. Still mad at him for not wrapping it up.

From X, Netflix Swamp things misses a lot and is an Urban Meyer propaganda film. The aforementioned Pouncey's were omitted from the fun.

Just off the top of my head, things omitted from the doc include:
