Kids these days are so used to being treated like stars in AAU and at inferior programs, and Cal still just yells at them all week and through the entire game like he has a clue . It’s a different world, and he just can’t adjust. This is a lost program, and I’m not sure the top class in 23’ is going to change anything. I’m just hoping we beat UL at this point

I think kids have changed. You can’t scream at them anymore.
Also, you can’t cater to one like Sharpe while tearing the others down.

Everything about Cal’s coaching is outdated in todays game.

I am not certain that all of the players for 2023 actually show up. Why would you want to risk your kids' career by sending them to Cal?

I also think that recruiting hs kids isn't as important these days. Your nit going to win with just talent anymore. Meaning the transfer portal and nil has leveled the playing field. If you want to win your coach needs to be good at everything.
