Excluding Chipotle, I haven't regularly eaten fast food in 10-15 years. Had a Jimmy John's run when they first came to Louisville, I'll grab CFA in a pinch, or once a year McDs breakdast for a severe hangover, but I can't remember the last time I had Wendy's, Arby's or Taco Bell.

Joe Bologna’s latest radio commercial about catering cracks me for some reason. I think it’s how he’s just like “yeah we’ve had some calls about catering and we decided to do it. It’ll be a $200 minimum”.
First time I heard it, “Oh, cool…wait…what?!” He says it so nonchalantly, too, like that’s just very normal. To be clear, huge Joe B’s fan, always have been, always will be. Commercial just caught me off guard and made me laugh.

EDIT to say: IIRC, he’s not even talking about catering at first. He says “We’re delivering now.” If it was clearly explained it’s for catering from the jump, wouldn’t be so surprising/funny.

Ok, so maybe sit out this discussion on eating fast food.

- Thoughts on barrel aged beer? Saw some 4-packs of barrel aged Great Lakes Christmas Ale for $28 today. Was intrigued but I know nothing about such brew.

I don’t even know what that means but Christmas Ale is the **** - please report back to see if that **** is worth 7 bucks a beer.

The Shiner Holiday Cheer is pretty damn good too

Anybody want to make the trip to Knoxville? I have four tickets 23 rows up with the UK fans for free. I swore that place off 20 years ago and never went back. Just can’t f’n stand those cawk suckers.

We have been looking for tickets in the UK section. Would love these. Willing to pay.

Mellow Mushroom is closing. What’s next…Joe B’s?

For nostalgia’s sake..I’ll miss a good pie from mellow.
An old buddy worked there for about 6 years until he was recently fired for supposedly using the wrong glass on a drink. 🙄

But the place was **** show from the top down.

Both can be false.

Edit: It’s amazing to me the degree of marketing ESPN does for Draft Kings legal gambol. On one hand it’s cool, but damn they were so against any mention of gambol most of my life growing up and have expended to the point that Draft Kings is basically pumping them TF out for the cause.

I hadn’t eaten fast food more than maybe twice a year for about 15 years until having kids and now they get happy meals like once a week and I eat half of it everytime. Tastes like trash but whatever. Ate a bunch of left over Mac n cheese the kids didn’t finish from chic fil a last night standing over the sink like an obese woman with a eating disorder so it’s whatever.
Dude, I hadn’t eaten fast food in I can’t tell you til I got the flu two weeks ago and was dying. It was the only thing I cared to eat for days. The compressed and overstuffed bags in bags of it made me really sad when I threw them all out.

My Mom would say, “I made you some grilled chicken and broccoli!” Which makes sense because I always eat stuff like that but when you’re sick, come on mom, at least some soup and grilled cheese.

If I wasn’t in chicago this weekend I would’ve definitely taken that offer even though I know I’m about 4,306th in your waiver order (I checked the league positioning today) lol. Super nice you did them no charge.

-Had a good gal pal post on social today that she stands with Jews and thinks they are good people. I said kels, was that necessary to let people know you aren’t a nazi because Kanye west said something bad about them? She replied that she “knows some Jews” like she was talking about a few presidents of the united states she follows on twitter that have blue check marks. 🤦🏼‍♂️ love that girl but come on.

Only been to Neyland once. Sat there packed in like sardines, on concrete (no bleachers) in a hot band uniform. UT band turned around during their pre-game show and played On, On, U of K back at us. Pretty much sucked and I’ve never been back. Also lost 48-0.

Went in 98, 04, 06, 08, and 10. 98 was incredibly loud. We should have won in 04 and 08 if I remember. Fans are terrible, seats are terrible. Can’t believe half my family roots for that miserable school.

That was the year after we lost 52-0.
We literally lost to those bums 100-0 in a two year span.

Took my kids to Wendy’s a few weeks ago and it was $50. WTF!!!

We can do a good Chick-Fil-A order for $40-ish.

We can do a good In-N-Out order for $35.

Prices adjusted for California, of course. But Wendy’s has overpriced the market for sure.
