I know we hate Kentucky, Cal, the team, and the color blue but it at least seems like a nice sign that most of the team is coming back.
Exactly. People on here falling all over themselves about how awesome UNC’s returnees are. UK is returning more and better players than UNC is but all you have is clowns complaining about it. Ridiculous.

UNC is returning everyone except mannick from a team that went to the finals. We ve lost 3 starters and our top recruit who never played after losing in the first round to a 15 seed. Folks like you bringing up UNC to justify their position are what’s ridiculous.

They were 15-5 in their conference which means once conference play began they started winning. It wasn’t a blip on the map. Ask duke twice. UNC was creamed by duke then their team changed. UNC did what we did in 2014. Use some common sense here and tell me what happened in 2015 for UK? Blips on the map don’t make title runs and when they get everyone back the blip becomes a force. I hate UNC more than the next guy but I know a recipe for a title when I see it and they have all the parts.
We beat UNC by 30, did that not count?
He's not expected back but I'm fine with him coming back. I'm afraid Cal is trying to give us 10 guys on scholarship again.

Not really bc it was a last second match up and losing in the first round then losing our wins records kind of negated the regular season. That’s the thing about the tournament it’s makes and breaks entire seasons.
Let me know when UNC brings in something like this for next season.

Keep telling yourself that UNC was a mediocre team. That mediocre team took our tournaments wins record and put another ff up to go up 4 on us.
As for ucla they really did struggle when they went to the final four: that was a team that had to play a play in 12 seed game. Two totally different situations. They found lightning in a bottle unc hit their stride after getting curb stomped by duke.

That’s true. Carolina has 3 or 4 4 star guys. No KAT nothing like that but they do return SR. Bacot who was oscar like for their stretch run. I’m not saying UNCheat is a shoe in to win it but like you say they have to be preseason number 1 for good measure

I would be more excited about Brooks returning if Cal wasn't the coach. Cal plays favorites and while Brooks has his good games, he has way too many bad games, but since he's Cal's guy, he gets to stay in the game and screw up even more.
