Yeah it’s gonna be Wallace and Livingston at the 2/3. Wheeler at the point. Probably toppin and Oscar. Where the hell is the outside shooting coming from? This is why we need a pg who can shoot the damn ball. Then you can get away with something like this but we will be preseason top 5 and struggle bc of our inability to spread the floor and run a halfcourt offense. Unbelievable
Don’t forget Livingston is a 53% three-point shooter as stated in other thread. Plus Frederick and when you add one Wheeler trey after every five attempts we will be ballin’, shot callin’.

Reeves is a role player. He isnt instant anything. If he’s a serious minutes guy we re in trouble
Reeves is better than a role player averaging 20 a game no matter where you are in division 1 is impressive, he is a better version of mintz maybe just a little below Grady

Grady average 18 and he wasn’t anything special towards the end and I realize that’s due to injuries. Just saying.

Just watched some clips. Looks good. Don't love his form on jumpers, but if they go in, who cares. I like the way he handles the ball and how he gets in the lane. I also really like how he uses the glass.
I’d be impressed if he uses the glass. Most of today’s players do not. Good Shooters know that the glass is their friend.

Grady also scored 2000 points in college before he came to Kentucky, I give Grady a pass since both his feet were screwed up the whole year, but reeves is better than people are credit for

Loved Grady until he became afraid to shoot. Would have loved to see what would have happened with a healthy Grady and CJ.
Agree completely, the thing that will always frustrate me about Grady is him pump faking out of open shots to take fall away three pointers and not even be lined up that was my biggest issue

Oh don’t get me started. Lol. Agree completely.
I know I have watched a lot of reeves the last couple of days and it looks like he has the ability to create his shot and is good shooting the dribble, Grady was to at Davidson hopefully CAL lets him create more than he did Grady instead of just having run off base line actions and stand in the corner all the time

I mean, I’ll take a 20 PPG scorer all day, just hope the jump in competition doesn’t diminish his ability too much. Plus, he hasn’t even committed yet.

Anybody know what’s up with the son of the dude Cal coached at Memphis? Are we really recruiting him? @ralphdaltonfan

Ha, funny story...I guess kind of....

We hosted Easter last weekend. My cousin and her kids were over. They both play AAU in and HS Basketball in KY and both are good ball players, FR and Sophomore but both 6'2"+

I'm long retired from bball since I blew my knee out 15 years ago. Still play ball with my kids and teach them the fundamentals.

Long story short, played horse with the cousins last weekend...pulled out all stops. Over the backboard, left handed free throws, and banks over and over again. They got me on their 25 foot jumpers and I got them on everything else 🤣. Bank shots are certainly not a priority any longer. Pippen had a sweet bank back in the day.

Is there anybody out there similar to a Bobby perry or perhaps a Bernard cotê? We could really use a couple more of those.
