Putting pressure on it almost never means anything. Derrick Henry had a significant knee injury and continued to play football for half the game. Typically a lot of players with knee injuries can still use it directly after.

I really wouldn't be too worried about Ty. The fact that he was fine to put pressure on it, almost immediately, likely means it's not serious.

Obviously not a doctor.. but I bet it's a sprained ankle at worst. Might need to take the week off.
If it's an MCL or even ACL, he could still walk on it, especially right after.

Putting pressure on it means nothing. You can have a total ACL tear and still play. I know it for a fact.

I hope you're right.

Opposing SEC coaches are promoting the full-out tackle style because they can't run with us.

That Florida kid took Ty Ty out on purpose. Cal should call him out in the presser and call Mike "Grand Dragon" White out as well for having his players employ a pathetic style of play.

More spinach for the "I hate Cal and can't get him out of my head" crowd if Ty Ty is out and Sharpe doesn't play, right?
It seems like you are doing the slurping because you are the only one talking about Cal. Hell, you don't even know what his status is and yet you are trying to forecast what will happen. Apparently, you are thinking the very thing that you are criticizing others for.

Yeah I'm not saying it can't be serious. I know that "putting pressure on it" isn't some sort of sure-fire medical marker.

But it is still a good sign that he could walk on it.

I couldn't tell where the injury was and he didn't grab one specific area I dont think.

I just asked a simple question and sure enough it offended some little girls.

I think the good sign is that when he ran off he was bending his knee and seemingly attempting to keep the weight off the ankle. As a matter of fact he wasn’t flexing the ankle too much

LOL at that moronic statement. TyTy would be out there with 1 leg . To say otherwise is just nonsense not based in any fact. If Tyty will play , he will. I shouldn't even respond to such drivel. but to call out tyty like that when he has played thru injury already this season is horsecrap. Loved pouring on UF's dirty *** today. Honestly all that matters is TyTy being back by SECT ( to get a few games under his belt before tourney) no team in SEC can beat us if we play a B game even EVEN without TyTy except AU and if AU is on the road or on a neutral site not even them. The key will be Wheeler staying out foul trouble as he don't have 2 pg now . He does that we still win out in league play even without TyTy . Not winning a title without but again it would idiotic to worry about him being out for season at this point lets hear what the issue is first . looked like a high ankle sprain but I am no Doctor .

It is ridiculous and I wish our athletic department would address this with the SEC.

I dont get why this conference can't just let us be great. The ACC and Big12 love their top money makers

SEC had always been dog **** when it comes to recruiting prototypical basketball players. Many coaches get these generic "athlete's" and have them play like linebackers out there because they know they can't keep up with UK. **** pisses me off. Just play the game and take your L like a man, stop the football ********

If you have the ability can you post a pic? When watching it it looks like his knee goes sideways.
His knee went sideways but he turned so the knee could flex as normal. However, his foot was trapped in an awkward position that didn't look normal. I might be wrong; however, I am only telling you what I saw.

We all want a one seed but a top 3 seed is all but locked up. This team is so damn good just get TyTy and Toppin right...don't bring back too soon if we are lucky w TyTy. I don't give a crap who we have to play in tourney. This is a really really really good team.

I am hoping that he is ok and a decision was made to immediately start icing it because he really wasn't needed in this game. We really need him for the next game. Maybe wishful thinking!
