I use pioneer woman’s drip beef recipe. I make the easier one which is just roast, pepperocinis, beef broth and Italian seasoning. I’ve made it in both the instant pot and the crock pot. It’s always a tailgate hit.
Drip beef two ways

Love her recipes. Try substituting dark beer for half the beef broth.
