Well guys I'm not sure we can win another road game without Wheeler, I'm serious, we can score in spurts without him but when it's crunch time we can't and look bad too. Teams play out of their mind and odd things happen when we go on the road.

We had a helluva game considering. Cal made adjustments. That is why we were in the game.

Thus is why you have to have a half court grind it out offense. You must be able to get the ball in the paint. You must have proper spacing. You must have good footwork and excellent conditioning. Everything . Absolutely EVERYTHING takes a backseat to defense.

Our offensive ineptitude in the second half was due to the lack of skill on the court. It had little to nothing to do with the plays we decided to run or Cal trying to play stall ball. When we play 3 bigs, we aren't going to play good offense. The offense slows down because we don't have many players on the court who can do anything with the ball from the perimeter.

Can't blame it on Cal, at some point, the players have to do their jobs, ours didn’t. You can't miss free throws like that. There is no excuse for it.
