There’s actually a chance oscar ends up the better player. Kofi, though obviously the more dominant post player, really struggled in pick n roll defense. Oscar is much more mobile when in shape, and has the potential to be much better on the defensive end. Plus we nabbed the guy that was most essential in kofi’s development (Antigua).

For sure.. but I really don't think the NCAA has a leg to stand on anymore. If Cal paid 1 million for a recruit, how soon could they even come to a resolution? It'd be years from now, after Emmert is long gone.. maybe even a weakened form of the NCAA.
I believe that any power conference school that hasn't been punished yet, will ultimately skate.
