Got banned once for posting in a thread that featured cindog about how I preferred two beers at a time at Freedom Hall so that I can lift one to my mouth while the other rested in my hand, then rotate between sips. Something about they stayed colder/fresher longer if I gave each equal attention rather than only service one.

I thought it was funny anyway.

-There are topless beaches here, a 100% full nude bar and a weeklong Festival that promotes nudity basically. People that want to get naked are 92% people that you DON’T want to see naked.

Love sending 20 somethings to the nude bar because they think there will be a bunch of girls their age naked too, definitely the opposite.

- @pretzel__logic and @Bonzo Cat any knowledge or thoughts on Huel? I honestly don’t have a lot of friends down here that are gym rats besides the casual gym friends.

SEEMS like a good healthy meal supplement but don’t want to spend too much on something that’s actually BS.

-Ennio Morricone is a damn genius. His movie scores are legendary. Just got a book about him and How the West was Won this winter.

@roguemocha I have not tried Huel, but it sounds like Soylent. There are a lot of reviews about it creating soul-destroying gas, so, uh, be warned I guess? I'm generally not a fan of "meal replacement" anything. Real food >>> shakes, always.

Unless it's creatine, caffeine, or actual steroids, all fitness supplements are bullhockey. The original JACK3D was amazing because it had meth* in it.

* allegedly.

I like to shoot 10 meter air pistol. Bought a Pre charge pneumatic a couple of months ago. Had to buy a 4500psi hand pump to go with it, but it only takes about 40 45 pumps to charge it.

In searching for evidence of some old posts that resulted in banning, I came across some of UCL's finest work..

Sold my GME for a 50% gain over 5 weeks. Shiz crazy, but whatever.

Coach Ortmeyer passed away. I loved that dude, RIP

That **** back in the day with Ephedrine would get you cranked for a workout. Xenedrine maybe?

Had a beer with lunch, about to have a couple more on my back deck.

Anybody in Lexington want to meetup for the game Thursday and drink beers?

Cranked out some work yesterday and today. Closed out all sorts of lingering tasks. Damn it feels good to be a gangsta.

All you chumps that clowned on march are looking foolish right now.

-13M views LOL. Never change Gyero.

-On top of the thread randomly disappearing at a certain point it would just...break. The funniest was once it broke someone would have to start a new one, but it couldn't just be anyone. A few stalwarts usually took the lead, usually with a G.Y.E.R.O standard piece, but every once in a while a newbie would try and be completely ignored. It's one thing to be ripped but to be completely ignored that was my hatboggan.

- Bob Huggins is a HOF basketball coach. Got robbed today.

- Underrated coach...Hugh Durham. Won big at FSU, and his Georgia teams were always prepared and played hard. UGA had never been to the NCAA Tournament or NIT, or won an SEC or SEC-T title before he arrived, but he accomplished all four. That Final Four team with Vern Fleming, Terry Fair and James Banks was before most of y'all's time, but it was so good. From that point on, he always had at least 1-2 good players, but never a complete enough roster to return back to the final weekend. Lots of pretty terrible SEC coaches came through during that era, but always respected native Kentuckian Hugh.

- (Ir)regardless of what you think about him, we're lucky to have Leach on the mic. Listened to a bit of Gonzaga's PBP guy on a drive home last night, and he nearly put me to sleep.

- The absolute Wild West that will be the CBB transfer portal here over the next four weeks will be whiplash-inducing. As much as I *shakes fist at sky* hate what the transient nature of college basketball has become, it will still make for plenty of great Twitter #BreakingNews and #HotTakes.

- Who was your mom/dad's all-time favorite Cat? My dad loved Richie of course, but his all-time favorite is still probably James Blackmon. Absolutely loathed Pelphrey for reasons he could never quite articulate.

* The hallways of my junior high was blanketed with the combined scents of: CK One, Perferred Stock, Cool Water and Drakkar Noir. I think I averaged 3 headaches per week. High school was geared more towards Acqua di Gio and Eternity.

It comes full circle. As an old dude, wear cologne every day. Pop said never want to smell like an old man. They smell like death. Shower every day, even when you don't have to. A little splash of cologne. Adhere to it even in lock down.

Cologne is definitely a less is more item. Subtle scent is enjoyable.

No Pepe Le Pew smell ya from the other room.

Also a morning and evening shower person.

Hugh Durham's 1972 FSU squad made the FF. They were led by Ron King and Otto Petty, who led Central to the Kentucky state title in 1969. They lost in the title game in '72 to Bill Walton and UCLA by 5 points. That was the closest anyone got to Wooden in the title game for his 10 championships.

West Louisville owned Kentucky high school bball in the late 60s/early 70s. Central won the title in '69 and '74 while Shawnee won it in '73. I coach my elementary school's bball team and we play our games at Shawnee, which is more like an Indiana HS gym. It's the best high school gym in the city. And when I look up in the rafters I see Tom Payne's name hanging, UK's first black player. It's a cool experience every time.
