I can't decide if UK basketball this year is more horror show or comedy. Maybe a combo like Scream? Cal screams a lot....
It’s unfair. Askew is simply being asked to do what he’s nowhere ready to do. He’s a 4 year guy who is being expected to be better than he is right now because of this roster. He will be really good in a couple of years. But this roster needs him to be dynamite right now. With most programs he would be permitted to develop and get better over time. Not at UK
Why not just come out 2nd half pressing & trapping everywhere? If you get beat 30 who cares may turn it around

I think what infuriates me is that he will leave and if he was on any other team he wouldn't. His play normally wouldn't even put him on a draft board but he plays at UK.
His coach wants him to take those shots. I think Allen knows better than Cal what a good shot looks like.

I never thought I’d live to see the day that a UK team was this flat out bad. I thought the Gillespie days were rough... but Crawford, Bradley, Patterson and Meeks would make these guys look like children. Heck I’d take the great Bobby Perry, Sheray Thomas and Shagari Alleyne over these overrated divas.
Allen has to play too many minutes before he ends up with a good shot. He cannot MOVE !!

It sucks that for the first time in my life watching Kentucky basketball, I don’t really even react to getting down big and being outworked and outcoached game in and game out. I just expect it at this point.

I actually opted to not watch.. part because I'm busy tonight with other work items, but also just didn't care much.
But I hope this is their last legs. At this point I'd rather see losses. Losses means no ones playing well and NBA stocks drop, and maybe it means Cal wakes up to make changes, or even, move on.
Winning at this point, is starting to not be worth it.
