GYERO ARCHIVE

[UKwizard]

Florida has been hacking like hell on both the press and rebounds and have 3 effing fouls.

[SWFLwildcat06]

Get Brooks back in there and let him attack some more.

[Kooky Kats_anon]

Wow. Toppin... That's one of the worst shot selections I've seen in a long time.

Allen standing alone 10 feet to his right.

[legalbeagle123]

Cal, more points are still needed. Don't have enough yet.

[Vismund]

Not only was Allen to his right, Toppin was the closest person to him, would have been wide open.

Askew's development has come along nicely. What a piece he has been.

[Kooky Kats_anon]

Isaiah!!!!

holy Christ where has this been

[Kennedy_UK]

Jackson

[BleedBlueCats21]

Holy **** Jackson

[UKwizard]

Great response.

[BleedBlueCats21]

FINISH THEM

[Hank Camacho]

Loving Brooks looking like a rich man's Erik Daniels with his interior passing.

[cawoodsct]

We look terrific.

[UKwizard]

That Brooks Jackson interior passing...

[SWFLwildcat06]

Brooks and Jackson together

[BristolCat_rivals158386]

I can't believe Brooks makes us this different. Pretty amazing.

[SWFLwildcat06]

Guess they will just let #0 push and grab as much as he wants. Dude is straight mugging Askew on the ball.

[Kooky Kats_anon]

Boston with his first good (not great) game certainly helps

[catholic_back]

Sports are fun.

[Kooky Kats_anon]

So is EC Toasted Barrel

[MrKentucky]

“Go Big Blue” chant could be heard in a 2k capacity road game in the middle of a pandemic with a 3-6 game. The Nation, lol

[Vismund]

Hot Takes:

- Boston plays better with his hair natty.
- Jackson > Sarr
- Allen needs to hunt his shot and not be afraid to do that jab step to get open. Doesn't have to be wide open to shoot.
- Askew is solidifying his hold on the 1 but plays extremely well with Mintz as his 2
- Clarke may not have a spot to come back to with the way the guys ahead of him are playing
- Florida is pretty rough without their best player
- Cal's really only yelled at Pat Adams tonight, and I don't blame him

[BleedBlueCats21]

Boston letting things come naturally. Hopefully Clarke can do the same when he is back.

[creeksman]

I can feel the nation healing

[Strokin_Bandit]

That damned Calipari. This isn’t just a baby step they’ve taken tonight. This looks like a completely different outfit. It can’t only be Brooks either. All of these guys are playing with a level of calm and confidence I didn’t think they could ever reach. The offense is humming, the D is solid, the guys are playing for each other. As much as I have **** all over him like dumb rube, this is a hell of a coaching job by Cal.

Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom, I guess.

[catlanta33]

Brooks has changed the entire team. This is crazy to see after what they were just 2 weeks ago.

Nice to see getting **** right is still a thing.

[barbourfor3]

Got anymore of that Werepecker?

[fatguy87]

Boston with his first good (not great) game certainly helps

Boston has 9 points on 8 shots, but it's the things not involving scoring that is making the difference for him. He will have to learn, especially with Brooks entering the fold, to reduce his shot volume. Merely shooting less helps his production immensely. Focus on the hustle plays, be a strong defender, and let the offense come to him. That's his recipe.

[paintrain_cat]

Brooks/Jackson playing like a young Hayes/Daniels tonight, ya love to see it.

[Kooky Kats_anon]

Elijah Craig with the best cork game in bottling.

Solid

Brooks/Jackson playing like a young Hayes/Daniels tonight, ya love to see it.

I thought same thing

[Strokin_Bandit]

I mean, I’m sitting here shocked. This team I’m watching is as good as any team I’ve seen this year not named Gonzaga. This UK team is what the kids say, “a problem.”

[BristolCat_rivals158386]

GOOOOOOOOOO..... Okay, we're up now. Stop.

[august-west]

Watching us try to inbound the ball reminds me of a 6th grade boys game.

[Ron Mehico]

I don’t want to hear any snarky Cal jabs until next game. STFU. Let’s enjoy this

[UKwizard]

Florida is hacking the **** out of us.

[btodd0224 n/a?]

I’ll gladly eat crow and smile if they continue to play like this. It looks like a completely different team. Brooks making a HUGE transformation for this team on both ends. Now slowly blend in Clarke and Fletcher and continue to grow off this will make it a nice winter.

[Vismund]

Holy **** these refs. Complete clearout there and I guess Askew put his face in the wrong area?

[[email protected]]

Sure hope Askew didn’t hurt that dude.

[_Chase_]

Man, I needed this.

[SWFLwildcat06]

We all needed this. Tough one Tuesday
