Went out to dinner last night with some couples. Had quite a few domestos then switched to some red. Woke up feeling a little brisk. Ran 4 miles followed by a sauna and steam. Feel like a new man.

5:00 tips are perfect. Perhaps a local watering hole with domesto especials and hot za may be in the cards.

It’s an individual steam shower. Also, full disclosure, gang, I had the darn virus 6 weeks ago and fully recovered with no lingering symptoms.

I literally haven’t run, treadmill or otherwise, in probably 5 years. Absolutely awful, terrible activity. Just don’t get it.

Went to a fancy Ramen place last night. The sticky bun, Pho, Ramen, Asian comfort food trend is one I can get behind. Huge bowl of the good stuff is incredibly satisfying. Also had some samples of Japanese whiskey and was very impressed. That being said the Japanese are weird as f*ck. Would love to do a Tokyo/Hong Kong/Thailand trip but feel it would be an overwhelming mess without a local guide or something with you.

Ready to crack my first beer and enjoy the rest of this day. :cheers:

Haven’t tried the one in the new Dublin development. My favorite Pho place is that one on lane Avenue but can’t remember the name. If you got any good recs I’m all ears too

I really enjoyed Tokyo, but you definitely need a tour guide. That helped out tremendously. Very interesting culture in Japan. Reserved and quiet in most social situations, but then step foot in the red light district and it's no holds barred.

I took my son and oldest daughter rabbit hunting this morning. We must have walked 6 miles with about 10 other hunters (too many really). I haven’t done that (rabbit hunting) in many years but it was a hell of a lot of fun.
